• Close application when the application switch menu item to invoke

  Hello, I made application for blackberry (os 5,6,7), but it has a strange behavior.

  When I press the switch application menu item, my request is close, so I can't get back to my application once I switched to another application.

  I have replace my onClose to be like this

  When you change your application, the close method is not pushed directly so I think that you look elsewhere this

  Try to use the Application Switch with an application example - say the sample HelloWorld application.  I think he won't, which suggests that the problem is in your application.

  There are three places to look:

  (a) the Application disable method is pressed when the request is sent to the background.  Maybe you have coded it and it closes the application

  (b) you have a certain type of background processing controls (isForeground()) and reacts according to what it finds.

  I have the LabVIEW Professional Development System 2015 on my computer.   According to National Instruments, this version of LabVIEW has already provided with the Application Builder.  However, when I try to compile a standalone application, I don't have access to the application of the manufacturer.   If please see the attached screen shot and notice how I do not have the option ' new > application ", as claimed by the my system of professional development tutorial * must * have. How can I access the Application Builder with my professional development system?  Should I enable it?  If so, how should I do this?

  Go to OR under the National Instruments License Manager in the Start Menu.

  If you look at the second post of MSohm, it says that the Application Switch menu item was introduced in 4.7. So you won't see it on the 9000 Bold and Curve 8310.

  Now I do menu.deleteAll () in the first line of the makeMenu (.) method. Suggest me if this isn't the right way?

  Now, in the application, the specific menu item get highlighted based on the next action of logic, that I do a menu.setDefault (menuItem).

  But for the instance when some contact number is selected on the screen (usually 'call' option get highlighted on the menu, but here we have removed) the highlight of the menu according to my works item IS NOT pathological and it always shows the menu first point highlighted.

  I suspect it might be because the default menu items have been added (by program then deleted). That's why I decided to override the onMenu (.) method where I'll call makeMenu (...) to the new instance of the Menu (that are not default menu items), so I'll see the menu using menu.show () and then return true.

  Now by the fix above, the highlight of the menu on my terms item works fine regardless of some contact number is highlighted on the screen or not, BUT the menu is displayed on the upper right and not on the bottom left where it should be.

  This approach is correct, or there is a better way to approach this?

  OK guys... I had the problem!

  The problem is that if any time a highlighted menu item is removed (as in our case, menu item 'Call' is deleted by menu.deleteAll (()) the priority agenda menu get highlighted. This is just the reason why the first menu item get highlighted if the phone number is selected.

  To fix this, I highlight the appropriate menu option by setting up priority for her.

  PowerPC applications have not been supported for many years now since, OS X 10.7.x, you need to look for an alternative to this app or contact the developers of Spotify to see if they have a version for El Capitan 10.11.x

  It helps tremendously if you actually post the text of the error message that you receive.

  You may need to view the activity monitor, search for dropbox and stop all processes before removing the Dropbox app in the folder/Applications.
