I come from Germany and I have a huge problem. It is no longer the possibility to buy stuff from the iTunes store with "Clickandbuy" (they have changed that on the only options are by credit card, mobile phone (but only from a specific supplier) or with coupons of iTunes.
I don't have a credit card and I have another provider, so I thought that the problem could be done by buying iTunes vouchers. But I STILL can't buy anything in the iTunes store because iTunes wants to be to change/check payment in the settings. But I can only choose between credit card or of the mobile phone thing.
So, there's the money in my account and I can't buy anything. Not even free Apps. Nothing. I guess you can understand I'm really mad now because it's as much of my iPhone is now completely useless. And no, I won't get a credit card just to use the iTunes store.
If anyone can help?

I am based in Australia. My full creative cloud plan is underway. My credit card details are up to date. I previously made purchases without problem.

My trial for Photoshop just missed and I need to use it, and my copy of CS5 is only for Mac OS X.
I can't buy Creative cloud because whenever I try, it works at first, but when I click on 'Confirm' to buy it, I get this:

Can not buy Lightroom 6 web site
This is a strange problem and post here is a coup in the water. I tried for three days to buy Lightroom 6 upgrade to the Adobe web site. The problem is that the cart will not update. It defaults to the full version and when I select the upgrade and the version that I improve (Lightroom 4), the price for the product is $ 79, but the total does not change.
