Can not buy stock photo

Whenever I try to buy a picture, I get this message:

Then it brings back me to the main screen giving the options of one-time purchase for 9.99 or subscribe to different regimes. Then, I chose to purchase only and the process repeats. Any help?

  • Photos can not find my photo library

    Photos can not find my photo, library but when I check on the disk utility, I can see the partition of 1.3 GB of pictures, where can I find them? I tried searching for .jpg files, but not luck. I also downloaded iPhoto, but I get the same message. Can someone help me?

    Where the score is and how it is formatted?  The Photos in order to be able to access a library on an external HD to be OS X Extended (journaled) format and preferable with the property set to be ignored:

    The volume must also be connected by USB, Firewire, or love at first sight for the Mac and not wireless.

    If the volume meets these requirements getting pictures with the Option key and choose another library in the window that appears.  Go to JEP and select the library.

  • Import photos no problem can not see the photos on iPhone

    I upgraded my MacBook Pro to El Capitan.  Since moving from iPhoto to Photos (even before I updated the operating system) when I plug my iPhone 5 to import pictures in the selected library I do not see the photos appear in the import window so that I can select for imports.  I literally had to email it to myself, and then import it into the e-mail.  I work with different libraries within pictures, so I excluded it only love the library system.  Same result, can not see the photos.  Also, I have unplugged and replugged in and tried the other USB port to rule out hardware, while the Photos could force them to see the device as new, and that does not work either.  I tried something another user who had to open Image Capture to see if she could see all the pictures on my phone and it doesn't work, I found (theory was that opening would make Photos recognize as well).  However the Image Capture wouldn't add a USB scanner so I think it's not worthy of trust.  Photos only setting I have enabled is the automatic update to iCloud.  Otherwise, I don't know what another parameter to seek that could block it.

    When the phone is connected USB the phone reboot - many have found this will clear this problem

    I spent one hour on chat and another phone call wasted in support. No one can give me an answer. Nobody could clarify what called the "technical difficulties".

    The cat person tried to tell me that I need to get a subscription that I have. The person phone told me to use a different email address and create a new logo in.

    I need an image to an ad time-out and look like having to go back to Shutterstock I prefer not to do so.

    I am based in Australia. My full creative cloud plan is underway. My credit card details are up to date. I previously made purchases without problem.

    Anyone else have similar problems or do I have an idea on what to do next?

    I'm sorry that workaround does not work for you. I gave you credit for the tide you more, while we are studying the issue. Sign out of Stock of Adobe and sign of return and you will see them in your meter.

    Hey there,

    I come from Germany and I have a huge problem. It is no longer the possibility to buy stuff from the iTunes store with "Clickandbuy" (they have changed that on the only options are by credit card, mobile phone (but only from a specific supplier) or with coupons of iTunes.

    I don't have a credit card and I have another provider, so I thought that the problem could be done by buying iTunes vouchers. But I STILL can't buy anything in the iTunes store because iTunes wants to be to change/check payment in the settings. But I can only choose between credit card or of the mobile phone thing.

    So, there's the money in my account and I can't buy anything. Not even free Apps. Nothing. I guess you can understand I'm really mad now because it's as much of my iPhone is now completely useless. And no, I won't get a credit card just to use the iTunes store.

    If anyone can help?

    What happens exactly when you try to download something, what is the exact text of any message you get? And if you log on to the account, not trying to download something, do you have the "none" option: change or delete your Apple ID - Apple Support payment information ?

  • Why can not display captions Photos?

    I'm on a Macbook running El Capitan 10.11.4, 2013 and Photos 1.5

    I like that you can read the information with a photo in the Photos, but it seems that the pictures show captions (Descriptions) in an album or a slideshow.  I'm trying to scan a lot of my photo albums of scanning photos and download them to store and display photos.  Part of the fun of a real photo album is to write and see the legends.  With Photos, I can write it as a description for the information, but do not see in either the application display modes.  According to others, this was possible with iPhoto, but not with pictures.  What is happening with this?  Seems simple enough!  Who do not have the Photos feature?  If it is not, and will not be, what other application can use, Mac or other?

  • Can not see the photo of icloud on iMac

    Goodday!

    For a while, I have a problem when you try to view the picture on my iMac that were made with my iPhone or iPad.

    Photo of what I do with my iPhone stream nicely to icloud and I can almost immediately see on my other devices (iPad etc.). Only on my iMac, they appear as empty photocadres with a symbol of cloud in them. No matter how long wait I won't see the picture. In the right hand corner there is a quarter circle display or one! who says that something was wrong during the download.  I have a lot of space on my icloud account and it works fine on my mobile but not on the iMac.

    iMac: El Captain 10.11.2, mobile OS: iOS 9.2. All the updates made on all devices.

    Someone has any idea how to solve this problem?

    From your question, it seems that you use iCloud photo library on your devices. Photos taken on your iPhone or iPad will appear on your devices and iCloud site, but you do not see these photos on your Mac. I understand also that you see an error that says something failed during download.

    To resolve this situation, I would recommend using the photo library repair tool. This will new update all content library with iCloud when the repair process is complete.
