  2. Disable the antivirus.
  3. Go to AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater
  4. Rename to 1.0_OLD 1.0
  5. Creative cloud startup
  6. Reconnect
  7. Starting update
  8. Profit!

  Please, try the procedure described in this article using the disc is ejected.
