can not open creative cloud app
Yesterday my lightroom autonomous 6a refused to open (MAC OS 10.01.5). I you the initial splash screen. I have tried rebooting several times and even upgraded to the latest version 6.2. After reading countless threads and messages across the internet, none of the solutions posted seem to work. I downloaded the app creative cloud but that will not run. I deleted all the files in the OOBE folder and, the first time I tried, helped a little and the app has attempted to start, but only a white screen came up. Curiously, my old version of Photoshop will not work as well (CS6) has nothing to do with the creative cloud (or so I thought). ideas?

Whenever I try to insall enforcement creative cloud from the adobe website by clicking on "Download" by https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud my application manager opens and does nothing. I looked in the log file and this is the error:
