  Using LockAllFields of Paul's example, you could place the JavaScript code within the root node docReady event (normally 'form1').

  Please note that the last line is the presence of one of the subforms to visible return. Let's call it ShowThisSubform.

  I know that most of the code on my home page is probably wrong, jumbled up and confusing, but most seems to work. The only thing that I can't understand it is...   The page is exactly what you have told it to do, because you did not close the link to the third photo, then the text is inside of the supposed "link."  :-)

  You must add a closing at the end of the third picture and link on the text will disappear.  See highlighted in red:
