Can't cancel my subscription of 12 months!

I tried following the instructions to cancel my subscription of 12 months to cloud creative (I'm currently in the last month), but when I click on the link 'Cancel this plan', I get the message:

If you cancel your plan, you have access to some features of your membership of creative cloud, including some additional applications, a higher level of services and cloud storage. At the end of your current paid month, June 13, 2014, your membership will return to a free membership, and you will be charged 50% of your obligation of contract remaining, as shown in our billing terms. The membership is cancelled within the first 30 days after the purchase is fully repaid by contactingCustomer Support.

To cancel your plan, please contact customer service.

So, help guys cancel me my package for Flash Professional?

The message you receive everything by cancelling your plan is that you currently have an annual contract for the subscription and you cancel before the end of the year.
