  It would probably be best to use LR CC 2015.5 the plan of photography with Photoshop CC. Then you get the advantage of the latest tools and features, currently not available in the stand-alone version of LR6. If you have a reason to also run the stand-alone version on the same computer, you can create a second Adobe ID.

  Go to option at the top to copy and expand the destination Panel > then, going back to the Panel Add and check if the images will display.

Will there be a problem with this approach? Also can I add any SSD fits laptops from my system? I found an SSD 240 GB (uv300) Kingston. Please suggest if I can add that.

  You can fit a maximum of 16 GB, if you choose compatible Ram.

• Can not uninstall the CC with Lightroom or Photoshop CC using FREE creative cloud

  I tried Lightroom CC and CC in Photoshop using 30 day trials.  Just before the end of these tests, I bought Lightroom CS6 and Photoshop CS 6 stand-alone applications.  Whenever I tried to sign in creative cloud, I received a message that my trial was expired. So, I reinstalled the FREE creative cloud and he ran in order to uninstall CC with Lightroom and Photoshop CC but not appear in the list of installed applications, they are shown with only the option "try."  In the meantime my Lightroom CS6 now does not open.  I don't know, but in a rush, I had installed Adobe Application Manager 10, thinking that would help, but it might be what is in confliict with Lightroom CS6.  Photshop CS6 always opens but strangley "recent files" option on the "open file" menu dropdown is now "clear".  I cannot uninstall Adobe Application Manager 10, Photshop CC or CC with Lightroom feature Microsoft 10 UNINSTALL APPS.  Can someone telll me what I need to do?

  Need you an Xtra to work with a database. You can find a list of xtras database at updateStage.

  If the database on a remote server, you can also use PHP, sent by postNetText() to communicate with a database.

• Slow/import with Lightroom 6 library

  This is my first time posting here so bare with me. I'm semi-neuf to Lightroom. I know a few basics in the develop module, but this question is about the part of import and library.

  When I connect SD card my camera to my laptop and to import photos into Lightroom, I like to go through the photos in the Loupe, so I've got a great preview of the photo. The problem is that there are times where I can go from one image to the other with little lag that I decide who I want to eventually import (there is a little late, but I attribute this to the fact that these photos are RAW images and I know that they are larger file sizes), but there are times a lot of times, where it seems like it takes forever for the next picture load upward. I'm talking waiting for 10 to 25 seconds for the photo appear finally. And which can be tedious, when you come home after having spent hours roaming around and taking pictures. Hahaha

  Is that what I can do to speed up this process? Any kind of setting I can change before that I have to connect my SD card and start going through the photos (because according to me, once I have started going through the photos from my SD card in Lightroom, you can not click on things like file, edition, library...

  Tips are greatly appreciated. At the moment, unfortunately. through my photos and decide who to import a difficult process not because of what it is has chosen to import, but how long the process is taking.

  The philosophy used by Lightroom, whether you like it or not, is to import the photos first, and then review each one. When you import pictures, you want to be sure that 1:1 previews are created, which takes more time to import only standard previews, but then will allow you to scroll through photos imported fairly quickly.

  Go to catalog settings, click file management, and then select the options there to have the larger size of the preview and the highest quality.

• Can't see any imported images, each selection will appear gray

  Just installed the LR3 software and updated to the latest version. I inserted the SD card with 12 photos (jpg and raw) in the card reader, but on LR3 screen I saw 12 gray rectangles. However, I imported the 12 pictures in a folder on the PC. Gray remained of rectangles. With other programes I can see and open images. I have mad a mistake? Y at - it a particular to setting? My camera is a LX5.

  If you can see your images to develop, but not in the library, your preview cache is broken. Delete it and rebuild your previews. This is the file ending with '.lrdata' who lives next to your catalog.

  If you can not see your images in two places, your monitor profile is corrupt. See here.

• Windows Search can not find any file with 'two letters'-'two letters', followed by the numbers i.e. FS-XP1234

  It's a weird thing, these files are located on a network drive, but I also tested in a local folder with the same results.

  Examples of questions:
  Folder containing the following files
  FS - XP12345.pdf
  FS - XP54321.txt
  124234Sample12.PDF
  If I where to look for "FS - XP" I'd get both the FS - XP * files as results, but as soon as I add a number to search (only using the letters), for example FS - XP5 I get nothing.
  Any other combination works and files that begin with the letters or numbers I can get the name of the entire file and it works.
  Only when it has 'two letters'-'two letters' followed by a number do get no results when you search for the name of the entire file.

  The problematic bit is actually the hyphen, although oddly, there is no block research in all situations.  The general Council is when the search text contains a symbol such as the hyphen, place the text between quotes and place ~ = before the quoted text.  So ~ = "fs - xp5" would work, but unfortunately this special syntax does not work in areas indexed without specifying the filename property.  To limit the search to the file names and also to allow the search successfully indexed areas, enter name: ~ = "fs - xp5.

  Some symbols have actually not need quotes, but some do so they are generally advised.

  Suddenly, I have a problem importing photos from my camera in Lightroom 5.  The message I get, says file cannot be read.  I even tried another device to make sure that it wasn't my camera and got the same result.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have a mac.

  The problem has been resolved.  Looks like a setting has been changed and photos were sent to the wrong file when you try to import.  I think that the library.  Has been changed to the desktop.  Simple fix to a frustrating problem.

  I just opened the program as I always do, but this time I couldn't see one of the pictures in the library, or development. I tried to reinstall the same program and nothing has changed, then I downloaded a new version and I've still not seen photos. I can't work and I'm strarting to become very nervous.   As Jim mentioned, Premiere Pro does not support native mode Dolby E. Minnetonka did mention in the past research support in the first, but so far no date has been confirmed.

  Synchronization log file is usually the symptom of 'more commit', perhaps some lots who commits after each treatment line, see Note 34592.1 WAITEVENT: "log file sync" notes reference for a complete reference.
