  This icon at the bottom is the common libraries, which means you did some of the above mentioned ways to try to get these libraries in Animate. Select Essentials and do a Reset Essentials or search libraries of CC in the menu window.

  Hello. Please provide screenshots for the problem you had. Simply click on the 'Options' button under the 'Print screen' key This will display the options to change your OSK. I hope this helps.
