  You must be at Service Pack 3 level before you can use Windows updates.

Then I reopened it SW Update again to search for any other driver updates, met a little a problem to update driver Bluetooth but has managed to install it successfully. However it does not appear to update to 2.0.0.7x 2.0.0.38 'settings', then I felt that I should just give 2.0.0.38 until I have install more updates to the window.
