  The installation language is English. All other applications get installed in correctly in English. Muse only get so far in French.

  The work-around, I have found that I went in Muse/Edit/preferences and in the general section I set the language to English. Necessary to uninstall and reinstall Muse in order for the change to take effect.

  Please check your firewall settings or try the following steps:

  Rename the opm.db file.

  1. Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
     Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
     Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
  3. Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db
  4. Launch of creative cloud

  You should be able to install on macbook pro. Please try the steps below and you should be all set.

  1. disconnect the creative application cloud according to the instructions contained in the link below.

  Sign in, sign out | Creative office cloud app

  2 rename the OOBE OOBE_old folder. File can be found at the following location.

  Finder > GO > go to folder > enter ~/library/application support/adobe and press return

  3. start the creative cloud and singing with your adobe ID and password.

  4. go to the applications tab and check if you have the ability to install Muse.
