Can you re-install Acrobat DC to another computer after uninstallation.

Re-install on another computer (pending the answer in the forum of the company).

I installed Adobe Standard on Windows Server 2012R2 waiting to use it as a shared printer on a windows domain.  However, it seems that the feature to use Acrobat DC as a shared printer may not work.  I can re - install the program with the same license to another computer?  I see no obvious way to transfer the license.

After searching a bit more, the response to my original message is as follows. Disable the product as directed and redeploy them.

Thank you to all points of view.

Disable Acrobat DC

Subscription version

If you have a DC Acrobat subscription, you can disable the app by simply disconnecting. Launch the application and choose Help > Sign Out (your Adobe ID).

You can also disconnect by turning off a device in your account page on adobe.com. It is a useful option if you no longer have access to your old computer. See sign off the page account.

Version without subscription (standalone)

If you have a standalone without subscription version of Acrobat DC, simply disconnect you Acrobat to turn it off. Launch the application and choose Help > Sign Out (your Adobe ID).

Note: Make sure that you are connected to the Internet when you try to disconnect.

Your license allows you to have two machines with facilities enabled so that you can have both if you want to have a backup available.

If you do not want to keep a backup, most important that the uninstall is to disable because if you uninstall without disabling you lose extra activation until you get Adobe Reset.

  • Can I install Win7 upgrade on another computer after upgrade Win8 on my computer?

Initially, my computer came with Vista installed. Three years ago, I bought an upgrade to Win7 and installed. A few months ago, I bought and installed an upgrade of Win8 on the same computer. I have another computer running Vista, and I was wondering if I could use the Win7 upgrade license to upgrade this computer. Technically, the upgrade of Win8 could meet the requirements with the Vista license on the original computer. I run Win7 on the other computer without having to buy a new license. Is this possible? The upgrade disks are details of Microsoft.

Yes, it is possible. Because the machine was originally license with a qualification license (Vista), he would take the place of this license, thus freeing the Windows 7 Upgrade to serve elsewhere. So, Yes, you can transfer it to other Vista machine.

  • Can I re - install Windows 8 in another computer?

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/support LAPTOP , I PUT ON the COMPUTER WRONG CAN I re - DOWNLOAD AND PUT ON THE 1 I WANTED, ANOTHER laptop

    Hello

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Yes, you can re - install Windows 8 on a different computer.  Before you re-install in another computer, please make sure that you remove Windows 8 to the computer that you have already installed software license terms Microsoft allows a copy must be installed on one computer only.

To remove Windows 8 of the current computer, you must perform a clean installation of Windows 8. Install with previous operating system drive (Windows 7\ Vista\XP). This removes Windows 8 in the current computer and install the previous operating system.

Note: You may lose all your data when you perform a new installation, so please back up all data before installing the previous operating system.

Once you have removed Windows 8 from the current computer, download Windows 8 in the new computer and install. When installing, please provide the same license key that you used during your first installation of Windows 8. You can also find this key in the purchase confirmation email that you received.

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please get back to us and we would be happy to help you.

I have enabled Acrobat XI since June 2013. How can I install second copy to another computer?

You can install it on another machine the same way that you install on the first machine.  If you need to download to do this, you should have a link available on your Adobe account online.  If you are unable to find such a link, you can always download the trial version from the Acrobat (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatpro.html) product page and use your serial number to activate to use fully.

If there is another problem that prevents you from know how to install it, you need to explain what the problem is.

Lol just a license, not two.

In addition, even if you had two licenses, you couldn't do that. You can
not upgraded from Vista to Windows 8. You can do a cleaning

If you use Adobe Reader, you will not be able to create a PDF file. Adobe Reader cannot create a PDF file, modify/edit the content of a PDF page or export the contents of a PDF page.

For those, you must use Acrobat or one of Adobe's online subscription services.

  • Is it possible to download and install a suite you have already logged on to another computer?

I have the disc but I don't have a hard drive on my new computer. I do not wish to put an end to my office on my laptop, but I want to use the same suite on my desktop as well.

    Julian,

Yes, you can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it on one at a time. (lightroom is the exception because it is a product of multi platform, so it can be installed on the pc and mac platforms)

It is advisable to disable the software on a computer on which it will be is most used, especially before giving away or selling the computer or reformat the hard disk. Please see this link: How to disable the software.  This frees an activation if you have the option to install the software on another computer at any time.

How can I move a product registered to another computer?

    Hi Fred,.

To transfer the license from one pc to another how to proceed is to 'Disable' the license first of the older machine.

To accomplish this, you need to launch Acrobat, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'disable '.

On the new machine, you can install Acrobat and then use the serial number to 'Turn on' the software and it will complete the transfer of license.

    Hello

No.; If the operating system on the other came computer preinstalled (Dell, HP, Acer, etc.) you can't use it on another PC.

If the laptop/computer came with preinstalled Windows operating system (Dell, HP, Acer, etc.), this product key provided with your computer/laptop to the OEM license preinstalled and is not transferable.

OEM license/product key (systems of operating pre-installed on Dell, HP, etc.) is related to the first machine it is installed on and dies when dies of this machine.

Only retail Operating System license that you buy and install yourself, are allowed to be transferred to another machine.

And retail licenses also can be installed on a machine at one time.

    See you soon.
