Cannot access the IP by default with the switch Cisco SF200 - 24 p

Hello, I just bought Cisco switch SF200-24, but I can't access to switch with default address IP 192.168.1.254.

I set up my laptop 192.168.1.4 and connect to the Port No. 1 but I can't ping too.

Quick Start Guide:

To access the switch using the web interface, you must know the IP address of the switch uses. The switch uses the default IP of default 192.168.1.254.
When the switch is using the default IP address, the system LED flashes continuously. When the switch uses an address IP assigned server DHCP or an administrator has configured a static IP address, the system LED is lit (DHCP is enabled by default).

    Yes, STP is the problem here. As you can see on your release of the Cisco 3500 switch, port Gi0/1 is BKN (The FEW is a shortened form of "Broken").

    This is caused by an incompatibility of versions PLEASE used between the two switches. Small businesses (including series SG300) switches are use legacy STP or Rapid STP (your case), but uses templates to business (such as catalyst 3500) PVST + (each VLAN spanning tree version of STP).

    Two versions between group of switches are compatible only under certain conditions. Important condition is that the two switchports needs to use a VLAN 1, vlan access/native and not any other number VLAN.

    It is to make your communication work, you must:

    • disable the STP at least 3500 Cisco switch:

      • on overall global (Switch (config) # no vlan spanning tree 2)
      • or by the base interface (switch(config-if) # no vlan spanning tree 2)
    • change the configuration of your connection between two switches by following the path:
      • change the switchport trunk (trunk switchport mode) mode
      • do 1 VLAN as native vlan (vlan switchport trunk native 1)
      • Towing VLAN 2 as vlan tagged on that Stump (switchport trunk allow vlan add 2)

With the help of vpn client I can reach only up to the internal interface of the router, but cannot access the LAN from my company. I need to change any configuration of ZBF since it is configured as "deny everything" from outside to inside?     A few things to change:

    (1) pool of IP must be a single subnet, it is not the same subnet as your subnet internal.

    (2) your NAT ACL 1 must be changed to ACL extended for you can configure NAT exemption, so if your pool is reconfigured to be 10.10.10.0/24:

    Unlike Windows XP & Vista, Windows 7 does not include a default email Client. [What were thinking?]

    You will need to install a (e.g. MS Outlook;) Windows Live Mail; Thunderbird) , and then set it as a default for mail in CUSTOM (<>) article in Set Program Access and defaults of the computer , then restart your computer before any function send to or MailTo will become available.

    2. don't you make changes to the computer before this problem?

    You can try to rename the catroot2 folder and check if it helps.

    Step 1:

    a. Click Start and in run type C:\windows\system32 and click ok

    b. find the Catroot2 folder. Right-click on Catroot2 and rename it to Catroot2.old

    If you are not able to do the normal mode, try to start in safe mode and rename

    Please note that some 3rd party software firewall continue to block the same aspects it traffic Local, they are turned Off (disabled). If possible, configure the firewall correctly or completely uninstall to allow a clean flow of local network traffic.     When you have finished the configuration of the system, it is recommended to restart everything the router and all computers involved.

    If you have authorization and security problems, check the following settings.

    Point to a folder that wants to share do right click and choose Properties.

    In the properties

    Click on the Security tab shown in the bellows of the photo on the right) and verify that users and their permissions (see photo below Centre and left) are configured correctly. Then do the same for the authorization tab.

    The Security Panel and the authorization Panel, you need to highlight each user/group and consider that the authorization controls are verified correctly.

    When everything is OK, restart the network (router and computer).

  • Cannot access the specified device?

    I have windows XP. I tried to reset the computer date Friday via the control panel. Since I did this I am unable to open applications. The message I get States Windows cannot access the device, the path, or the specified file. You can not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. Can someone help
