Cannot add anything to the CC library - icons greyed out

One of my users use Adobe CC 3.8.0.310, Indesign CC 2015.4 Release (11.4.1.102), but also Illustrator CC 2015.3.1 Release (20.1.0) on an iMac, retina 5K 27 "end 2014 model running OS X Yosemite v10.10.5

The user has been able to add graphics, styles, and colors to the CC library available in InDesign up to 3 weeks, when they face the following problem:

Here, the buttons are gray and I have no idea how to solve this problem, I tried the following

  • Relocation complete of all the Adobe products Adobe CC
  • Delete the files from the OOBE folder to support the App while connected to and everything is not connected.
  • Delete the *.db CoreSync CoreSync folder under Adobe Application Support, while connected and not connected.
  • By logging on the user account in CC and signature as someone else.
  • By logging on the user account, restart the PC, reconsignation account of the user.
  • Restart the PC.

I'm so many ideas!

Hey everyone, super happy, I've been working on a solution, so if someone comes through the solution for me was as follows:

First, navigate to /Users/and make sure it is only a folder named 'My Creative Cloud Files', you will see they are wearing the insignia of the CC library, if there is more than one of them, close all adobe programs, sign enforcement office CC, delete ALL the files (after you save anything inside their first) and sign up again on the desktop CC application.

Then, go to Preferences, system, network, , advanced..., proxies and add 'localhost' to the bypass the proxy for these areas of host settings &

Revive your InDesign and I was all ready to go.

    First try to reset the SMC & LANDAU 2 - 3 times back to back by LANDAU and Intel iMac SMC resets with all devices disconnected.

    If that does not resolve the problem, go to your local office supply store and get a CD/DVD cleaning kit and use it. If this does not work, then the SuperDrive is end of life and should be replaced.   • WNDAP360 / WMS5316 - cannot add AP since the firmware

    Hi we have just updated the firmware on our access points (WNDAP360) 2 and cannot add them in the WMS5316 (ProSafe 16ap)

    Beforehand, they were always capricious to add like its never been clear what password to use. For reference, Ive tried our internal password that the group is configured for blank password and password password for example.

    Now solved

    Had to manually assign an IP address in the same subnet (which had already been done), and then restart the WMS service, then try and add it again. Connection is established and the progress indicator has increased. Several times he has failed when even at 40%-60% and said the authentication has failed. However he did at least change the IP address to the new so something was working.

    I have left alone and returned to him and he said connected. It seems that the synch plant just constantly but ends by develops. Then I changed the password / group, it says failed again and finally himself developed.

    I've just upgraded to Firefox 12.0 and have found that I can't do anything to drag anywhere. At first, I thought it was a problem with the Menu Editor extension - I was trying to reposition a component menu, just after doing the upgrade to v11.0. In the Options window the Menu editor that can be done simply by dragging, but it did not work.

    I spent the time wrong with it until I realized that the other drag-type features do not work. In order to found:

    1. Cannot reorganize (drag / move) tabs.
    2. Cannot move the tab stop tab bar to open in another window.
    3. Cannot reorganize bookmarks and favicons on personal bar. Open the context menu of bookmarks toolbar and its commands work.
    4. Cannot move tabs to the bar Favorites or folder.
    5. [Window to customize open] cannot drag items to or from the window customize and cannot rearrange or move the Navigation bar or the bar Add on icons.

    There may be questions focused more on the trail, but they are the only ones I can think of and have found. I don't know if I'd known, on the top of my head, extension interfaces accommodate slide they would fail to work. Basically, nothing moves when I click on it with the cursor and try to drag. I don't get any feedback as circle with slash graphic.

    This may be a conflict extension but before I start to switch to many ad - ons that someone might know if this is a new feature setting, I don't know, that was the case before, when I updated.

    I've also seen a recent thread open when the person has a similar problem (but on a Mac - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/926256?s=can%27t+drag+and+drop & r = 11 & e = & did = s). I wonder if there are perhaps other elements of that this person also cannot move, but not has not yet discovered, and if this problem and mine is perhaps related.

    After following the instructions with the following...

    ... I determined that my theme or a corrupt localstore.rdf were the cause of my problems.

    It turns out that, like the Mac user in the thread I linked above, Torbutton has been the cause of the problem. I thought that it unlikely just because it seemed so not related to how the problem was evident.

    Torbutton was not invalid he's turned off in the browser, so I considered it "not active".

    This message was posted on the first page of the Torbutton website last spring: "now that the Tor Browser Bundle includes a patched Firefox version, and because we have not enough resources to deal with the Firefox version developer accelerated schedule, the Torbutton toggle model is not recommended. "Users should use Tor Browser Bundle, do not install Torbutton themselves."

    Their "Active Torbutton Tickets" page includes two of the problems I had like individual bugs, "Torbutton add-on interferes with the buttons on toolbar add-ons (including his own)" and «torbutton disables the ability to drag and save quick links»

    They go to a variety of reasons, they no longer support the key in this blog (https://blog.torproject.org/blog/toggle-or-not-toggle-end-torbutton). Mainly for security reasons, partly because they cannot deal with the hourly output FF and last because users are reporting more broken features and incompatibilities with each new version of FF.

  • Cannot add anything to Apple's music library

    Over the last week I have had any problems, add music to apple's music. I click on the sign '+' to add it to my library for easy listening access, but is never added. I then go click on the '+' again (which normally if you have already added, the sign is replaced by the symbol of the cloud-download).     Thanks a lot for the use of Community Support from Apple! Your post, I understand you are trying to add music to your music library from Apple, but it won't actually save. If you try to add again, the + briefly turns into the cloud icon, but then goes back to the + and adds yet. I love being able to customize my library of Apple's music and want to help! Give the steps below a try and stop when the problem is resolved.

    1. Quit the application, and then start it again. You can follow the instructions in the article below the link if you do not know how to exit the application.

      Just after that you left the music app, tap the icon again to reopen and test adding a song to your library again.

    I meet a lot of problems with ADE. More recently, I opened my client ADE after awhile and noticed that there are no books in the library nor any member of the library.

    Rename the folder my editing digital unter your Documents.

    Start the digital edition.
    Go to file > add to library.
    Choose the eBook file.

    Since you aren't able to add items to the Windows Media Player library, you can follow the below provided not, because this problem can occur because the database to library Windows Media Player corrupt.

    1. click on start.

    2. click on run.

    3. type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player.

    4. click on OK.

    5. Select all files in the folder and then click on Delete on the file menu.

    6 Note you don't have to remove the folders that are in this folder.

    7 restart Windows Media Player and check the error.

    Jim, if this does not resolve the problem, disable the Windows Media Player database cache files. To do this, follow these steps,

    Click Start.

    Click run.

    Type % LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft.

    Click OK.

    Select the Media Player folder.

    Click on Delete on the file menu.

    Now, Windows Media Player will be automatically rebuilt the database.

  • Cannot add appointments to the calendar

    I used OS10.6.8 until recently, but the new Macbook Pro has OS 10.11.6

    I tried to use the calendar in ElCaptain for the first time, but failed to add all appointments.

    When I tried to make a message entry; "You can change events in the calendar 'Found in the Mail'."

    Only the calendar administrator and delegates with permission can make changes to the read-only calendars. To make changes to the calendar, contact the calendar administrator.

    I found the following tips, but that did not work:

    • Select the item, and then choose file > get info, or press on command I.
    • Click the triangle next to sharing and permissions to expand the section.
    • Click on the drop down menu next to your user name to view the settings for permissions.
    • If you are not signed in as an administrator, you may need to click the lock icon and enter an administrator name and password.
    • Change the permissions to read & write or "read only".

    I selected calendar in applications and followed the instructions above.

    Everyone is set to "Custom".

    System has been on "read and write".

    Wheel has been set to "read only".

    Everyone has been set to "" read-only ".

    With the "padlock icon" open I tried to change the entries:

    By system logic should have allowed me to make entries in the calendar. However, I tried to affect the other classifications "read and write.

    The result was a warning message: "the operation cannot be performed because you don't have the necessary authorization."

    I check accounts and not use their calendar, so I am at a loss.

    My previous systems never had problems with calendar, or change permissions.

    Congratulations on the new MacBook Pro! I appreciate that you try add calendar events, but to send a message that you cannot write to this calendar. I know it's important to keep track of your events, so I am happy to help clarify this.

    Due to the error "you cannot change events in the calendar 'Found in the Mail'." he said that you currently selected found in Mail schedule, which does not allow to write for her because these events are created only from your Mail.

    To change the calendar you are trying to create these events in, first, click on the Calendar button in the upper left corner of the window, and then select the new calendar.
