  You can try the steps and check if it makes a difference.

  By anychance have upgraded your MS Office? or remove powerpoint? Anyway try

  Rightclick the downloaded powerpoint presentation, select openwith-> select powerpoint-> tickmark "always use the selected... program. "and click ok.

  You should be able to open the rest of the slides without any problem.

  I do a synchronization in OSB Service, which is a WSDL based Service of Proxy, which in turn calls a business service that points to a target URL.

  You say cancel works in other books - they are also DITA documents?

  Recently, we noticed a problem with DITA Undo when you use the DITA-FMx plugin, but it occurs only when you edit the labels in Document mode. If change you them to the Structure, the undo history works very well.  (DITA-FMx people were informed yesterday, and they are working on it.)

  I mention this in case it is relevant to your question.

  Just to try things, please click on save instead of run (don't forget recorded where it get on to) and when the file is saved on your computer, go ahead and double click on it and allow it to run. It seems that IE is having some difficulties to download.
