  Basically if you have an older version of the browser (before May 2011) and try to upgrade to a newer version you must uninstall the old version and install the new version from scratch. The problem is related to a change in the required certificate to sign the application AIR (from Adobe) that has two incompatible versions.

  My client contacted me this morning to let me know that one of his pages on its website was down and that it is urgent that it gets fixed. So, I called Adobe and have just spent two hours on the phone with a representative of Adobe Muse trying to solve the problem. It reaches point merger/day 2/3 of the files then crashes. The representative asked me to update to Muse that I did and again tried to merge the changes, and it did not work. Then, the representative asked me to change the Preferences of Muse folder in the library of 'old' then I was instructed to uninstall Muse and re - install on my computer. I did it. It still does not. Then the representative asked me to create a new user on my computer. What? Which makes no sense at all. When I asked to speak to the level 3 technical support, I was told that no one was available, but that she would have a supervisor call me back in a few minutes. I'm still waiting for a callback.

  For my client's site is not down, I decided with the permission of my client to not merge the changes she made and simply re - download the file I recorded previously.

  Can you get it someone please let me know how to solve the problem with ability to Muse to merge updates so that the next time this happens, I'm not wasting two hours on the phone and still not return the right answer or a call from Adobe? Gets a little frustrated by the lack of product support. Thank you.

  First of all, I apologize for bad support experience you had. I forwarded this thread on the support Manager to take a look.

  It sounds like you hit a bug we have heard reports of the but have not yet isolated, when merging text. There are probably setting a text which, when trying to merge, plant Muse. Until fix us the bug, the best work around is to find this block of text (usually by clicking on merge on each change until it crashes in the Muse, sorry), restart Muse and then jump merger than one change. Afterwords, re-do the changes as part of this text by hand. I know this isn't a great work autour, but it should at least get you operational return.

  Go to the Notifications. Make sure you are in Normal or phone calls only. At the bottom, go to Applications > to change the phone ringing.

  To search for a file that you have converted to Word using ExportPDF, sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. Find the file you want to edit, select it and click Download. The file will be downloaded to your computer (usually in the downloads folder), and then you can open and edit in Word.

  Remove the Vista updates; two ways to do this:

  1. a System Restore to before the updates:

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > System Restore > restore time/choose your own date > next

  If you use Norton, disable it before using the system restore.

  If it is impossible to enter the Normal Mode, do a Safe Mode system restore:

  Press F8 at the startup/power and the list of startup options, use THE ARROW key to select Safe mode > and then press ENTER.

  System restore steps according to the info above.

• Cannot move anything in the browser - icons, tabs, etc.

  I've just upgraded to Firefox 12.0 and have found that I can't do anything to drag anywhere. At first, I thought it was a problem with the Menu Editor extension - I was trying to reposition a component menu, just after doing the upgrade to v11.0. In the Options window the Menu editor that can be done simply by dragging, but it did not work.

  I spent the time wrong with it until I realized that the other drag-type features do not work. In order to found:

  1. Cannot reorganize (drag / move) tabs.
  2. Cannot move the tab stop tab bar to open in another window.
  3. Cannot reorganize bookmarks and favicons on personal bar. Open the context menu of bookmarks toolbar and its commands work.
  4. Cannot move tabs to the bar Favorites or folder.
  5. [Window to customize open] cannot drag items to or from the window customize and cannot rearrange or move the Navigation bar or the bar Add on icons.

  There may be questions focused more on the trail, but they are the only ones I can think of and have found. I don't know if I'd known, on the top of my head, extension interfaces accommodate slide they would fail to work. Basically, nothing moves when I click on it with the cursor and try to drag. I don't get any feedback as circle with slash graphic.

  This may be a conflict extension but before I start to switch to many ad - ons that someone might know if this is a new feature setting, I don't know, that was the case before, when I updated.

  I've also seen a recent thread open when the person has a similar problem (but on a Mac - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/926256?s=can%27t+drag+and+drop & r = 11 & e = & did = s). I wonder if there are perhaps other elements of that this person also cannot move, but not has not yet discovered, and if this problem and mine is perhaps related.

  ... I determined that my theme or a corrupt localstore.rdf were the cause of my problems.

  Hardware acceleration has been eliminated as a cause as it has never been activated.

  It turns out that, like the Mac user in the thread I linked above, Torbutton has been the cause of the problem. I thought that it unlikely just because it seemed so not related to how the problem was evident.

  Torbutton was not invalid he's turned off in the browser, so I considered it "not active".

  This message was posted on the first page of the Torbutton website last spring: "now that the Tor Browser Bundle includes a patched Firefox version, and because we have not enough resources to deal with the Firefox version developer accelerated schedule, the Torbutton toggle model is not recommended. "Users should use Tor Browser Bundle, do not install Torbutton themselves."

  Their "Active Torbutton Tickets" page includes two of the problems I had like individual bugs, "Torbutton add-on interferes with the buttons on toolbar add-ons (including his own)" and «torbutton disables the ability to drag and save quick links»

  They go to a variety of reasons, they no longer support the key in this blog (https://blog.torproject.org/blog/toggle-or-not-toggle-end-torbutton). Mainly for security reasons, partly because they cannot deal with the hourly output FF and last because users are reporting more broken features and incompatibilities with each new version of FF.

  We intend to migrate to sharepoint list files. When I insert the sharepoint url in the folders tab, it loads perfectly. When I click on the hyperlink on the page, I'm running script pop - pup - "an error has occurred in the script on this page" - class not registered (loaded scriptFiles undefined-microsoft Jscript runtime error).

  This clickable link on the page works perfectly in IE or chrome. I want to know what browser and using the version of tide. How do I check this? If I had to change the browser settings where can I do. Or if someone has encountered a similar problem, please suggest the fix.

  We also used Citrix for our 5.3.1 version and it works for us (web sites and internal sharepoint 2010 & 2008 version)

  A couple of things to try

  1. customer install locally try again
  2. Permissions on wiki sharpoint Site Actions... Site permissions. The permissions of site url must end with /_layouts/user.aspx or ask your administrator SharePoint to read to users or to groups of ads that should consult the pages on the wiki (which is what we did)

  I can't speak for 5.2.2 and probably that is not supported by Cisco

  Your user agent indicates that you use Firefox 5. You can change the name of the shortcut to read just "Firefox". You can name a shortcut all you want.

  Muse has just stopped displaying the page in the browser.  To help to win 10 and Edge as browser.  Any ideas?  Also this new update seems to work very slow compared to the earlier version.  Does anyone else know this?

  For other people with this problem.  The solution was to install a different browser beside IE and Edge.  I installed Chrome.  Then do a preview.  It worked.  After that IE and edge began working again. Good luck.

  I have a problem which can be laughable to some as I'm a newbie. I tried for weeks insert my edge .aom file animate CC published in my Dreamweaver CC pages with no luck so far. I hope it's just a problem of basic organization, the reissue of links/folder.

  That's what I've tried so far. I followed the standard basic instructions on various forums without success. I found that the folder structure that my Edge animate published was different from the default folder structure in a tutorial that I read. My containers are fluid but I kept getting 'the height is zero', "Width is null", until I manually inserted the dimensions in the code. Now, I get a "A" display on the page but still not animated in the browser. My homepage with its old animation intro works very well despite me trying to fix by moving files around a website that now looks like the dog's breakfast. I tried constantly to correct the links broken with mixed success. The list of broken links report shows some as 'unassigned assets' which I do not know how to fix.

  Hi Gene, in fact anyone who can help would not need the versions "published", but just the original files / folders.

  Go to the project folder (example below) Select all, excluding the / publish the folder, then zip the selected items.
