  If please leave CC desktop applications and then access that location and rename the OOBE OOBE.old folder.

  Windows:

  C:\Users\(your username) \AppData\Local\Adobe

  Mac:

  ~/Library/application support/Adobe

  Once please try running Muse and connect. It should solve the problem.

  I try to access Adobe Story, but whenever I connect I get an error saying "Cannot load the user's preferences", then I have the ability to log out, but nothing else.   -Sign in with your adobe ID
