• Cannot access the Story more when you're connected to creative cloud

  Hello

  I opened free story of my creative cloud dashboard. Up to the top of the screen, there is a button called upgrade which I guess will allow me to open Story more.

  But when I click on it it goes to the store where I wonder if I want to buy more Adobe Story. I thought that this was part of the creative cloud and shouldn't be purchased again.

  How to open and use Story more in creative cloud without the need to buy?

  When I click on the Story more link on the CC apps page, I am taken to Adobe Story free https://story.adobe.com/en-us/index.html page and it seems that I am already connected. This is the same behavior as before using IE 10 on one machine Windows 8. I also found that I was unable to create a new project in IE as well.

  

  

  Having concluded that it was still not working I tried to open https://story.adobe.com/ in Chrome and it seems to work with Story more loading after I have connected to my account, so it seems that it was a browser configuration issue that caused the problem.

• I bought Adobe Lightroom, but when I connect, enter the redemption code and then click on download, it's a creative cloud Installer.  I have not bought the creative cloud service, just one single use computer.

  I bought a license for Adobe Lightroom 6 software, however when I followed the instructions, enter the redemption code.  And he said: 'You have redeemed successfully from Lightroom 6.' but when I click on download it comes up with a CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg (I'm on a Mac).  I have not bought the creative Cloud service, just a reusable software license Lightoom 6.  Is this correct? It doesn't seem to be a way to simply contact Adobe to find out.  I don't want to install the wrong thing

  (1) did you make any changes before the show?

  Try these:

  a. close all browsers that are open on your computer and wait for 5 to 7 minutes.

  b. open Acrobat manually and use the exit command to close the application.

  1. open Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

  2. Choose file > exit.

  Solution 3: End the Acrobat.exe or Acrord32.exe process manually.

  -For Acrobat:

  1. Select start > run and type taskmgr in the text box open.

  2. Select the processes tab.

  3. Select Acrobat.exe and click on end process.

  -For Adobe Reader:

  1. Select start > run and type taskmgr in the text box open.

  2. Select the processes tab.

  3. Select Acrord32.exe, then click on end process.

  Try to restart the computer and check.

  I cannot access all features and can be closed only by using force quit.

  Please stop calendar and also the application of reminders, runs. Force quit if necessary.

  Back up all data.

  If you synchronize some of your calendars, or reminders with iCloud, then in the iCloud preferences window, uncheck that marked calendars and reminders. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to remove your iCloud calendars and reminders of the computer. They will always be in iCloud. Re-check the boxes.

  If you synchronize agendas or reminders with another network such as Google service, please open the preferences panel Internet accounts. Make a note of the settings for calendar accounts, then delete and recreate.

  Launch schedule and see if there is an improvement.
