  Can you check in preferences in Contribute in the Blog Defaults section, if the box - "Create a new blog entry, when you click on the new button" is checked? If so, you can uncheck it and check whether you are able to create new web pages.

  This is a limitation of the use of this method. One solution is to print to PDF from your browser once you have the page you want to load, but I don't know if this is acceptable to you.

  OK, I did some reading on Norton 360 and Vista.

  It seems that there is a problem with N360 and vista working together correctly.

  I uninstalled N360 (DL has a removal tool) and the Internet started working after re-booting.

  So I DL and installed AVG to keep free of viruses.
