  Please don't refer me to the previous post on this topic, I think I tried them all.

  After uninstalling Google Chrome, hyperlinks in MS Outlook will be notwork.  I tried most of the things recommended in the old forum posts, but they all seem to be prior to Windows 7.  Nothing worked and I'm looking forward to a solution.  HTML file associations, etc are all in IE9, Chrome has been uninstalled, edited registry (even though I'm not an expert there) IE9 release candidate has been downloaded and installed.  I must respond to a window asking whenever I click on a hyperlink asking how to open the file so I have to manually associate with IE.   I am running:

  Windows 7 Ultimate (x 64) Service Pack 1 (build 7601)

  Internet Explorer Version 9.00.8080.16413
  Microsoft Outlook Version 14.0.4760.1000.

  I'd appreciate any help.

  I use Windows 20 and recently install Freemake Video Downloader. I remember that I did not check the "Make Freemake my default search provider" installation of the product. But still, Firefox uses as default search engine. I did some research, telling me to go to the search box, choose the arrow of the menu drop-down, then click on "manage search engines". The thing is, the search engine of Freemake wasn't there. So I just delete every search engine only one that I like, and resart the browser. Surprisingly, it changed to the home page and search engine I want, except for one thing. If you type in the address bar, it uses ALWAYS Freemake engine of research. So I search in Control Panel > uninstall a problem (I have not found any that I do not install myself). I want to keep the program, but is there a way to reset it? I can do this in Chrome and Opera, why not Firefox?

  Hmm, it sounds like you have some kind of hijacker in your Firefox. Try this:

  Disable all non-essential or unrecognized extensions on page modules. Either:

  • Command + shift + a
  • Tools menu > Modules

  In the left column, click Extensions. Then, when in doubt, turn off. (Or if it is obviously the badware, delete).

  If Firefox is redirected at this point, see the next section.

  I was chatting online with the Adobe Help Center technology via link Terri and after about an hour, the decision was made to download files using Chrome.  Now, I thought that would help, but decided to give it a try.  Bommmm, you guessed it;  the installation worked perfectly.  I now have CS6 running.  I tried to download the updates by clicking on updates on the CS6 Panel Help updates, but nothing happens.  I'll check the adobe quote updates but now I'm a happy camper.  Why Firefox does not download all files vs. Chrome I don't know but right now I don't care, all glad it worked.

• How can I remove messages from POP e-mail from the server in El Capitan?  The option to delete messages after downloading is not an option of the operating system.

I tried removing the battery but the battery is integrated and inaccessbile so I can't disconnect it without removing the motherboard to disconnect the connector of the dough. No possibility to boot on USB or CD/DVD car will not be powered. Technical support said they cannot help me if I can't remove the battery (uselessness is which?!).  Apparently they have not suport scripts that relate to the actual products because it is a classic process for much older laptops.  I am an expert IT guy and has more than 20 portable and built a lot of my own computers.  I wonder if anyone has experienced this problem or has any helpful suggestions... Thank you.
