Cannot download first, App manager says it's far

Hi, I can't download Premiere Pro CS6 on cloud because the application manager said that it is to this day. But is not yet on my computer, so I did I install it?

Please confirm that there is not an uninstall program to run:

  • Under Windows , you can uninstall from the Control Panel.
  • On Mac OSX , look in the folder Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers for a link to Uninstall Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 .

If found launch the uninstaller and see if the Adobe Application Manager allows you to install.

If you can't always install, use the Adobe cleaning tool here http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html.

  • Weird problems returned - cannot download/update apps

    About 8 months ago, there was a problem that a handful of us were affected by weird issues after update to 9.1 where we:

    -Cannot download or update applications (circle just spins and spins)

    -could not stream from Apple music

    -could not access our account iTunes devices

    (referenced in the discussion: iOS 9.1 causing app store issues or Apple music works do not on iPhone 6 after iOS 9.1)

    After lengthy discussions with Apple engineers, it seemed something on the necessary backend correction and all of a sudden everything was still... until last Friday.

    The problem is back on my phone (so oddly once my iPad and other devices of family seem to be affected so far). All of a sudden my updates to the app store will show that everything has to be downloaded, or disappear all my previous purchases. If I try to download anything, I get a circle of rotation without end. music streaming stops.

    A reboot of the phone to fix it, but the problem will return, sometimes an hour, sometimes several hours, but it always returns. I also tried to reset my settings if network wherever it touched. Did not help.

    Anyone?

    Try to reset the App Store:

    Close the App Store completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the display. Then sign out of the iTunes Store (in the settings).

    Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    Then reconnect to the iTunes Store.

    McAfee Security says it cannot download the program to my laptop but it says I need MSXML3.msi when I find that download, there are a lot of different files and do not know which to choose.  Any suggestions?

  • Cannot download the app updates nor new apps

    Hello, I have a day of original launch Palm Pre (Sprint).  All settings are always the factory settings, and I did no changes (preware, homebrew apps, etc.). Starting from 02/05/10, I am unable to download the app updates but also to download new applications. Download status/progress indicator appears, but never made any real progress even let it sit overnite.  I have both a strong WiFi connection & EV, so there should not be a connectivity issue.  I deleted files suggest that there may be a problem of space/memory (music removed files and delete many rarely used applications) and restarted the phone several times but not joy.

    Someone else knows it?  Is this a known issue?  Can anyone recommend a fix for this problem purdy please?

    If you have restarted your device and are unable to download the updates, I would recommend a partial erasure. This will make you sign in your profile and you should be able to download the updates right here.

    Alternatively, if you are currently on any lower software version 1.3.51, you may consider to download the webOS Doctor from our Web site at www.palm.com/rom . This is because some customers have reported enforcement problems after ignoring several updates. Others have no problem with updates like this to jump.

    Either of these solutions, you will have to 1.4.1.1, and when you register in your profile, contacts and other PIM data will restore your device.

  • Cannot install full App Manager - get the A12E1 error code

    After you download the Adobe Application Manager on my Mac Pro (Lion 10.7.3), I run Setup from the disk image. She starts and finally asked my admin password. I give it, and then get the following error screen:

    "Sorry, the program is not responding properly (error code: A12E1).

    SOLVED!

    I have downloaded and run the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner tool, cleared out everything that it displays and then tried again 2 installer. Seems to have worked!  It is downloading apps now.  If it fails, I'll post again. Otherwise, thank you very much!

    whenever I try to download or update the applications just the icon appears on the screen, but it says waiting...

    and it will not start the download. I've been surfing the forums these days, and this seems to be a common problem.

    from the previous subjects of the forum with the same question.

    I tried the following:

    * checked if there is no unfinished download interfering in podcasts / itunes

    * logout of my apple ID, hard reset, sign at the back

    remove the application that failed to update and download again

    * checked to see if there is nothing wrong with my internet connection

    My model of iPad is iPad 3 cellular Wi - Fi 32 GB

    software version 8.3

    Have you checked your settings of Restrictions?

    Try going into settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow. Try to install again.

  • Cannot download the app purchased on new MBP - open only from MAS

    Hi all

    I bought the best 9 rename via the App Store, which has been installed on my previous MBP.

    On my new MBP, I managed to install all the applications previously purchased - except this one. And it is a strange situation - it appears in my list of purchased Apps, but the only option is OPEN.

    The application itself is not on my MBP anywhere. But when I click on OPEN in the App Store, the app opens indeed and I can use it.

    Is it possible to force an option of re - download? Or, does anyone have any ideas how/why this could happen?

    It's somewhere on your computer. When it is open, Ctrl-click in the Dock, choose options, and then view it in the Finder, and then either throw away or mounted Spotlight to not index the folder that it was from the Spotlight from system preferences pane.

  • Cannot download the App from creative cloud for Win 7 portable

    Hi - I was able to download and install the application creative cloud on my desktop (Win 7), where it replaced Adobe Application Manager and seems to work ok.

    Then I tried to download and install the application on my laptop from https://creative.Adobe.com/products/creative-cloud by clicking on the download button. It starts with Adobe Application Manager that lists all applications installed or available to install with the exception of the creative cloud app!

    How to install creative cloud app? Is there a direct link, that circumvents the MAO?

    Please rename the folder to C:\Program Files (x 86) PDApp \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp whatever it is for example "-PDApp'." Now restart your browser and install new cloud creative https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloudapp. It will now install Creative Cloud App for your laptop.

    I bought the model of WEMO 2 F7C027au switch / but I can't download the WEMO app with my iPhone 4 / iOs 7.1.2.

    This message appears whenever I tried - "this app requires iOS 8.0 or later version. You need to update to iOs ignored 8.0 to download and use this application.

    The Apple product website clearly indicate that this product is compatible with iPhone 4 & iOS 5 or later

    Hope someone have meet this and fix this.  I tried Belkin/Wemo support, but they are unable to solve.

    You need to call Apple to change the page and give you a refund (unless they are able to access from their database of application a version of the application that runs on iOS 7...) Call them.

    Correct response of Esperoni, when you visit App World from your phone, only applications that are compatible with your phone will be displayed.  Take a tour of your phone and if you do not see the application, it will not work on your phone.
