  I'm testing the different parameters of the URL as shown here: http://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/marketingcs_gs/OMCBB/index.html#D_Reference/endpoints/contacts/get-lists.htm%3FTocPa... and none of them does not seem to work.

  I tried a simple request by adding the limit: / contacts/lists? limit = 1 but he still returned the default value of 1000 in the response.  It is the same for the other parameters.  The paper says this is in bulk API 2.0 but by changing the url of the results of version 1.0 to 2.0 in 404 in the query.

  For bulk 2.0, please try: /api/bulk/2.0/contacts/lists?limit=1

  Re: your second question, the best source for contacts lists is api/bulk/2.0/contacts/lists.  The bulk and the rest for the api will provide the data, but in bulk API 2.0 will not change while the REST 2.0 may (without prior notice).

  As it seems impossible to use collections of the apex outside Apex, I can't call this procedure from the URL to download the file (the query fails).
  
  How can I call my procedure on click of a button, without reloading the page, and without calling the URL ?
  
  I have some ideas like the creation of a new page, with a conditional header process that calls my procedure to download the file, then call it in a popup, etc... but I need a simple solution...

• What elements of the page get included in the URL on doSubmit()?

  It's quite perplexed me.
  
  I have a page with 5 items on the page in a region in a table. All of them are hidden and protected.
  
  The page is loaded with one of these items on the page specified in the URL.
  
  If I use the button to delete one or more rows on the, or click on the button "Add new line", the page is submitted and returns with three of these five elements in the page specified in the URL.
  
  First question: why only 3 and not all 5? Why THESE three? I see no difference between one of the page elements appear in the URL submitted from that which is not.
  
  Second question: I've changed one of these page items to display conditionally. If a certain condition is not met, the field is never out of the page. However, EVEN THEN when I send the page using one of the buttons above, the field is included in the URL submitted! Should that even happen? That actually seems a safety hazard, unless there is something I am doing wrong.
  
  I can probably create a test page to apex.oracle.com if necessary. (It of now on apex.oraclecorp.com, but move it will take time because I'll have to remove some sensitive data). But I hope that it is just some easy concept to explain, I'm just not grasp.

  We have created a 11g as DB with char set AL32UTF8. So, it should allow to insert data in Persian.
  
  Now we have an XLS with the INSERT QUERIES where some columns have given in Persian. It displays the data in Persian letters in the XLS file. But when we opened SQL * more and copy and paste the XLS to SQL insert statement * Persian characters becomes funny characters.
  
  We tried and then change the language and the keyboard to the PC in Persian using Windows locales. Now we can type in a notebook in Persian in the PC, but still when you copy and paste from XLS to Sql * more Persian words comes in funny characters.
  
  How to make a transfer of data like that?

  Right. What you have here is a problem with the client that you are using - i.e. sql * more.
  As mentioned above, Developer SQL is usually a better bet than sql * more.

  I'm not a big fan of copy and pasting of the insert statements as a mechanism of data transfer for precisely this kind of pattern.

  Another alternative is to through external tables or same sql * loader and CSVs?
  I think that MS products are normally at the USC-2 in terms of Unicode charactersets.
  In this case, you just get the definiont characterset right in the external table definition / sqlloader.
