  iCloud is a synchronization system, not a storage system. If you delete photos/videos on your iPad, they are removed to iCloud. To increase the available space, go settings/iCloud/Photos and select optimize iPhone/iPad storage.

  1. navigate to/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename it to OOBE.old

  2. enable the root account: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 and connect to root

  3 disable any security software if installed on Mac

  4 delete the opm.db file located at: MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

  (opm.db file is present in your user library. This library is hidden MAC 10.7 go.

  So in order to locate

  • Click OK at the top
  • Select go to folder
  • type ~/library/
  • This will take you to the library folder, and then you can locate the file opm.db in the Application Support/Adobe)

  5. Download desktop www.creative.adobe.com CC and try to install it. Incase do you not then please check the activity monitor and see if the MAA process is running, if so, then try to kill the process. opm.db file must be deleted in order to process further. WIN 7 and 8 (64-bit):

  • OOBE and rename OOBE_old located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
  • Restart the browser
  • Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
  • Connect using Adobe ID and password and download the desktop CC application.

• I cannot download a .pdf file using Adobe Acrobat module 11.0.6.70. Disabling the add-on allows me to download the .pdf.

  I tried to download a .pdf file and open it with Adobe 11.0.6.70 module in FF 25.0.1 and received a message that the file has been damaged and cannot be repaired.   Please upgrade to the latest version of Firefox by going on the subject of Firefox from the Firefox menu. If download hangs at the last minute (just before reaching 100%), the cause may be an antivirus software that tries to parse the file and during this process the instance of Firefox crashes.   I assume you are using Outlook. Have you made changes in your OFFICE or Outlook recent, including the updates? You may be able to solve the problem by performing a repair Acrobat (help > fix). In all cases, you should be able to right click on the pdf file and save it to your hard drive and open it from there.

  You are able to open a PDF in Acrobat? Acrobat appears in the start menu > programs menu and run? You actually see Acrobat (a fresh product that runs about $199) or you use the drive (there is no program named Adobe, which is the name of the company)? Assuming you mean drive, I assume that you install after download.
