Cannot download updates saying that I am not the original owner of mac.

Apple sends messages that I need to go to the Apple app store and update 3.  I'm going to do, and he rejects my claim by saying: I'm not the original owner of the mac.  I am the sole owner.  This has happened after the update to el capitan.

Go to System Preferences and make sure the user you are using is not tired to an appleId that you do not know the password
