RTE de LV cannot open the project files that include references .lvlib in dependencies

I am writing a DLL LabVIEW to inspect the LabVIEW project files, and I noticed that if a project has a .lvlib reference in its dependencies, then the Run-Time Engine is contradictory on whether or not he can find the project file:
- Project.Open returns error 7 (file not found)
- Project.GetFileLVVersion is a success

Generation of PhoneGap Blackberry error. The system cannot find the specified file

I am new to using PhoneGap and I try to configure the sample application, I use PhoneGap version 2.9.0 and apache-ant - 1.9.1.

I have configured apache ant, installed the SDK WebWorks and have configured the project.properties file.

The error seems to be that it can't find the 'CordovaExample' file in the temporary folder, I checked the file and it contains the following files in it: "CordovaExample.jdp", "CordovaExample.jdw" and "CordovaExample.rapc" (among others). Am I missing some configuration so that it can look for one of these 3 files, instead of just "CordovaExample"?

This has now been resolved - the problem was that I used JDK 1.7, this problem was solved by switching to JDK 1.6.

I have created a file in java to download and upload files on purpose to DB, but there is an error has occurred trying to (compile) the file which is:
Error (58.28): cannot find the symbol; symbol: method copy (java.io.inputstream, java.io.outputstream) location: class.sun, misc. IOUtils
Now, I downloaded the package Commons-IO - 2.4 should declare this copy method and added this package to: of project properties---> libraries and class-> commons-io path 2.4 - upload - the (binary) + commons-io - 2.4 - src.zip (source) (first of all, I added jar files are binary and the commons-io - 2.4 - src.zip)

Where is the code you posted? Running in a separate project, I guess? This project has a dependency on the project that contains the specified app package?

And just to check (although by default, JDev should do it for you) - the project of app module has been compiled since adding the configuration, right? You should check that the config is not only the title of the project/src, but the title of the project/classes.
