  can someone out there help me out. How will I know if my internal audio driver is damaged? I tried to install a driver and software for an external bluetooth device and I get an error message that the "bluetooth audio device cannot be installed" and the installation cannot continue further.   There are 2 possible solutions to install the Bluetooth driver.

  You can install 'Broadcom 2070 Bluetooth software and driver' and see if the bluetooth appears in Device Manager. If this isn't the case, please unisntall it and try with ' Ralink/Motorola Bluetooth Adapter Driver.  You can find these drivers in this link:

  Select the option "expand all" and with ctrl + f search for bluetooth.

  I had a previous version of the Toshiba Bluetooth stack (I think only he 4.00.01) correctly installed and working and decided to upgrade to the latest version - 4.00.23 (T).
