Cannot install collection NIK in Lightroom CC
Hi I finally decided to spend the opening to lightroom.
I've subscribed cloud Adobe Creative, the option of photographers and have now installed Photoshop CC (2014) and Lightroom CC (2015). I also installed NIK collection and can see run Photoshop, but do not see it in Lightroom. I followed the procedure to install the collection NIK. Did I miss something?
Nik Collection programs can be added to Lightroom as "external editors".
Open preferences [CTRL +]
Select the tab "external edit".
Click the [select] button in the Sub-group of experts additional External Editor.
Find programs in the Explorer/Finder dialog box
(Windows: C:\Program Files\Google\Nik Collection\...)
Note: there may be 32-bit and 64-bit versions, choose 64-bit.
Set the parameters for the File Format, etc.
Finally click on the preset dropdown to 'save the current configuration as a preset '.
Repeat the process for each program Nik SIlver Efex, Color Efex and Sharpener Pro,... etc.
Image right click > edit in >

My mistake was that I had ignored the CC Installer. When I open LR he told me about the update to 5.5, but if clicked it downloaded directly instead of open the CC Setup program. With the help of the CC, it worked fine.

Cannot install Lightroom CC on my desk
I have a monthly subscription of creative cloud.
I have Lightroom CC on my laptop but cannot install it on my desktop despite numerous attempts.
I have a previous v5.7 Lightroom on my desktop but it is unable to read my Olympus ORW files or convert them to DNG.
Should I uninstall my previous Lightroom v5.7 before I install Lightroom CC?
What is the magic trick to get cc to work as promised in the contract between me and Adobe?

There is a compatibility issue that you mentioned, you have a 32-BIT OS and Lightroom CC requires the 64-BIT operating system. Please check the system requirements for Photoshop Lightroom for Mac OS and Windows.

Collection Nik did not install in the folder plugins Photoshop 2015.5
I just installed the Google Collection NIK in Photoshop 2015.5. The Google folder has not been installed in the plugins folder, it created a new folder in Photoshop 2015.5. called Google. I have Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC is still installed on my computer and the Google folder or NIK is in the plugins folder in these versions of Photoshop. 2015.5 Photoshop works very well so far with no crashes, I updated bridge also and that's fine with no crashes. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium and my graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 it. I can't access the Collection NIK 2015.5 Photoshop menu filter or with the selective too (automate file). I have download the Collection NIK on the Adobe site under the third-party plugins link. I took a screen to indicate where the record Google NIK appears in Photoshop 2015.5

I am installing a purchased copy of Lightroom 6. Cannot install because it says I have another installer works. I don't. I restarted from scratch. I'm on Windows 8 on a PC.
This error indicates that the Windows Installer Service is being used for another installation or update at this time. Alongside the installation of another program, updates Windows can also occupy the Windows Installer service and must therefore fill before you run another installation.
However, if a previous installation failed and no not close properly, you can complete the Windows Installer process manually:
- Open the Task Manager and go to the tab "processes".
- Select "Show processes from all users" if it isn't already.
- Locate and put an end to any "MSIExec.exe" with adobe entries that see you.
After these steps, try the installation once more.

I bought and downloaded Lightroom 6 Lightroom 5.7 update. When I go to install it says that it cannot install because it only works on 64-bit I did not. Is there a 32-bit version as there was in Lightroom 5

Cannot install Lightroom 5 of the CC error 7
I tried to install Lr 5 compared to the creative clouds with no success. Error 7 all the time. I have Ps CC instalt and bridge, no problem. Win 8.
Try to locate the exe (executable) lightroom file in the Temp folder and install the product by running the executable file.
To locate the Temp folder.
Hold the (key) Win + R to open the run window.
Type %temp% press ENTER.
Locate the exe of Lightroom in the Temp folder and run it.

I tried the solutions mentioned in the above discussion, and I still cannot install one of the applications. I checked that my user account name contains any special characters; However, I have noticed a hidden default directory located in the users folder.

I have found a solution for all users of Windows 8: you can copy a previous installation (the Adobe program directory) to the same folder and try to run the applications. This works for Photoshop 64-bit. For other applications to work, I had to do the same thing, but for the Adobe Program Files (x 86) directory.
I tested to see if the Master Collection install on a new install of Windows 8, and I found that I still have the same error. The previous configuration worked because it was on a different machine with a different material. So, you can find the Master Collection will install on a machine but won't be on the other. In any case, if you get the above error, reinstalling will not fix it.

Hi Felix, you can specify the folder to save the file during download. During the packaging/submission phase, if you si vous choisissez choose 'create ZXP' during the download and download a file named "xxxxx.lrplugin.zip", then you should be able to specify the LR folder that you want to save.
