  Hi - I've solved it (when all else has failed).  In one of despair and a hunch, I put the installation DVD in my new DVD burner instead of my older DVD player - and the installation went perfectly!  I don't understand what has happened, that I usually use my older DVD player for CD and DVD installations.

  With SP1 and SP2 installed FSX and landscape set to medium-low and graphics put over medium-high heat, I'm of the frame rate of 16-20, which is acceptable.

  My system: AMD Athlon 64 3450 + (2.5 x Ghz), 2 GB RAM, Win 7 Home Premium 32-bit. Video card NVIDIA 7600 GT with 225 MB of VRAM.

  You cannot use FSX Acceleration and get light Simulator error could not load some program files and will now stop. Please reinstall Flight Simulator to restore or repair the installation of the program.

  I suggest you uninstall the main program, expansion and reinstall the program main, turn it on and run it, then reinstall it expansion yet.

  To uninstall:

  1. press the windows key to get the screen start and type appwiz.cpl and press enter

  2. search for the program and uninstall it.

• FSX Acceleration shows no game. No display before Accel isn't installed either. 3rd install.

  Long story short... malware diddled something up that I had to reinstall a format of fees. Installed XP sp2 CD, spending 5 hours to get the update after the update. Once all updates, including SP3 was installed, installed Forceware latest version of the video card driver. Then, I installed DirectX 9 c, release of July 2010.

  Now, the only thing installed is Windows XP, Avast antivirus, Spybot and video driver. Install FSX. Open, activate, arrive at the start screen, go to free flight.

  On the free flight screen, a/c list is fine. 3D preview window is black, displayed a/c is to be rotated very slowly and is not very well. Open an a/c (any one) and all I get is the color blue on the entire screen. The sound is there, the sky will be 'move' as if there is a horizon when the joystick is moved. Same sky blue screen from any what selectable display, including overhead F12.

  Sometimes when the F10 screen box where the 2d cockpit should be starts flashing black Uni, last a few frames and disappear.

  I tried to go all the way to the old drivers detonator back to 196 of the Nvidia site.

  Any other apps D3D doing so have 1400 hours in FSX logbook with few problems.

  The system is Athlon X 2 2 GHz, Asus MB, 2 gigabytes of ram, video card PNY Geforce 7600GS AGP on 15 "LCD @ 1024 x 768

  I solved the problem! I downloaded the generic motherboard drivers of Via and those installed after removing the Asus provided drivers. Everything works fine now...

  Hi steve, I managed to install in the end.  I upgraded to a hard drive more that I wanted more space and copied the image to the new drive.  FSX is not yet accept the keys during the installation.  I ran the above utilities (see blog Amritas) to clear the license keys, empty temporary folders and change the registry entry by using 'regedit' on the command line, but still his wouldn't.  In the end, I installed and uninstalled three times until I finally installed it on a partition on the drive and he finally accepted the license keys.  This was done on the original admin user account that I had problems with from the start.  I have now it works.  The utility I used was KB928080 Microsoft.   I can only suggest you keep trying or partition of your hard drive and try and install on the new partition after erasing the license keys and temp folders (see above Amrita).  I can't guarantee that it works well.  To me it's a question of licenses i.e. acceleration has been uninstalled and reinstalled many times so it will no longer accept the license keys.  Happy installing! I don't know how is it frustrating.

  Method 1:

  Adjust display settings

  Many recent Microsoft games require a card video and monitor that can run a resolution of at least 800 x 600 in color (16 bit). Set the resolution of Windows display on 800 x 600 in color (16 bit), and then test the game. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. in Windows XP, click Start, point to settings and then click Control Panel.
  In Windows Vista, click on start to reduce this includes personalization thtype in the Search box and then click on personalization in the programs list.

  2. in Windows XP, double-click display.
  In Windows Vista, click display settings.

  3. click on the settings tab.

  4. move the slider of the desktop area or screen area slider to 800 x 600 pixel definition.

  5. move the notches on both Hardware Acceleration slider to the left of full (the turn off all cursor and advanced drawing accelerations setting).

  6. click OK and then click OK again.

  7. test the game.

  Method 3:

  Check or turn on Direct 3D

  To check or turn on Windows XP Direct3D acceleration, follow these steps:

  1. click on Start, click run, type dxdiag , and then click OK.

  2. on the display tab, verify that all DirectX features are enabled. If all the features are disabled, click enable next to the feature.
  Note If some DirectX features are unavailable, verify that your video card meets the minimum requirements.

  I tried all the solutions that I can find on medium or in the community. However, the problem is still there.

  I bought the gold (deluxe + acceleration) version. And deluxe is allowed to install, activate, and play. But after that I installed the acceleration, it says that something prevents activation. I tried running it as admin, in functionality mode, reset the licenses, create new user account and uninstall - reinstall it n times (n > 3), which are described in KB 927007, 960481, 925723, 960480, 969886 928080.

• Cannot install iOS 10.0.1 with Apple Configurator 1.7.2

  I have 60 iPads in 5 carts (12 per basket) that I need to install some applications on. They are already configured and supervised with Apple Configurator 1.7.2. I've never had problems in the past with AC1, I've always been able to install the updates and applications easily with very few questions, because of that I've never felt the need to update to AC2. However, this time during the update of ios and refreshment, I get the error 'complete with an error - cannot install iOS' 10.0.1 And now 12 of my iPads are stuck in recovery mode.

  I tried before wipe them off and re supervise them, but I always get the cannot install iOS 10.0.1 error, followed by all the iPads stuck in restore mode. I tried to update only 1 or 2 at a time. I tried to restore the iPad via iTunes, which works, but when I try to put it back on AC1, I still get the same error mode and recovery.

  Makes your iPad successfully update to IOS 10, we have approximately 400 ipads, I've updated a single ipad at 10 IOS using our MacBook pro AC1 OSX El Capitan to test, ill try another now and see if its success.

  When you connect an ipad update the Configurator re-download the IOS 10 or use a cached copy?

  How your Configurator is connected to the internet (behind Proxy, Wifi, Ethernet), perhaps the downloaded IPSW file is corrupted and need to be redownloaded removed\.
