  I'm going through Toshiba BT stack (which works fine) of Microsoft, as my new BlackBerry requires the Microsoft stack. I have a Tecra M5.

  If I uninstall the Toshiba Bluetooth stack, Microsoft it does not install and actually no device appears in Device Manager, even with an exclamation by it. I tried to install the Bluetooth Monitor 2 program, but seems not to do anything (no icon). I don't know if it's related, but although the program Wireless Hotkey is instaled, Fn + F8 does nothing.

  Any suggestions welcomed, as I spent some time today trying to persuade this work, including following some of the suggestions on this forum without success, unfortunately.

  How long is the USB cable you are using?

  You have a USB hub between the printer and the computer?

• BlackBerry Smartphones cannot install the blackberry app world

  I had the old version of the app world. Like others in this forum, I got a message that there is a new version available.  Tried to update but got the same messages to invalid connection, tried to reset my password but got no connection, etc. Message.

  So I tried to come here to update I read in another forum that this is what I had to do.  So I create an account and when I connected my Curve 8310 on my computer and enter my device password, I get a notification that I need to upgrade to the new version of the app world.

  I click the buttons needed for the update of the synchronization. But when the warning on the screen icon says "sync, unplug your appliance or leave this website" nothing happens, the page eventually times out and I am disconnected. This product whenever I try to update app world.

  So, I decided to uninstall the app via Blackberry Desktop Manager world.  No problem, but try to install the latest version via appworld.blackberry.com, is the same thing, he says: it's sync but it expires and no word of the app is installed.  Even after the traction battery.

  I have a Bold 9780 model bought in 2010, but I have never used or installed the BBM on this because I have been using a LG Nexus until recently. Now, I want to use my Blackberry as a reliable spare laptop because I started to have problems with the Nexus. P.S. I use my "BOLD" like any other laptop (with a different SIM card) especially when I do travel and work abroad in Africa, Europe, IE. outside the Canada. Yesterday, I updated my BlackBerry AppWorld and installed a few apps as well using my wifi internet connection at the House NOT the phone mobile network because I have no plans at the moment for my "BOLD" my LG Nexus. Now my question is: is it possible to connect (installation) my BBM using ONLY my internet connection? I tried several times to connect to BBM, but there is always this error message that says: your Wi - Fi connection or the wireless network is turned off...?

  This is a really weird problem: my phone is a "BOLD" and my spare phone was a Curve 8310. I used the curve as a spare a couple of times, when I had the "BOLD" in phone service.

  I wiped the curve with the JL_commander and installed the operating system again in order to give the phone as a spare for my son (he has a "BOLD") and even if the curve has SIM of my son, he continues to receive ALL my emails.

  I then wiped once again with the JL_commander until I received an error 507. Then I did a new install of the latest operating system and gave the phone as a hot spare for my daughter (she has a storm), and then we had the same problem, even though she had his SIM.

  Apparently, the curve is somehow related to my "BOLD" and continues to receive the same letter of my 10 email accounts.

  My real service provider is Optus (Australia). I called them and they told me that they do not have Blackberry PIN of the curve in their system, so that they cannot understand what is happening and they couldn't do anything, and in addition, the curve was from AT & T (USA) and "BOLD" of Optus, so that they serve the curve.

  Furthermore, I have no service of the company.
