Cannot load images JPEG XR (.jxr). Error #2124

Hello

I do an app for iOS and Playbook that async target images JPEG XR (.jxr) (with loads

( flash.display.Loader).

On iOS works perfectly fine, but when I deploy it on the Playbook, I get the message "Error #2124".

I have my app.xml:

http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/3.1">

And I put on my compiler settings:

-locale en_US -swf-version=13

I am also including the jxr images on my package settings.

My Playbook OS 2.1.0.1032 and my iPad on iOS 6.0.

When I try the same code but for the loading of JPEG (.jpg) images, it works perfectly well in both platforms.

So I guess the runtime AIR 3.1 on the Playbook has a bug with images JPEG XR or there is a missing feature.

Can someone advise?

See you soon!

It would seem that supported jxr is off in our version of the runtime. Looks like it is related to Stage3D for some reason any. We're going to try to turn it on and do some tests to see what is happening.

I know this won't help you to know you, but we'll see if we can get it sorted for the next releases of PlayBook and BB10.

    Hi Federico,.

    From the screenshot that you have downloaded, I see that you use Google Chrome browser to open Web sites.

    What is the brand and model of your computer?

    I suggest to open the same Web sites using Internet Explorer and check to see if you can open.

    You can also try to delete your cache and other data from Chrome browser and check if you can open Web sites.

  • Cannot load image to applicationStorageDirectory

    Hello!

    At the start of the program, I load the data of binary images on a remote server and save them locally in my applicationStorageDirectory:

    imageFile = new File (File.applicationStorageDirectory.nativePath);

    imageFile = imageFile.resolvePath ("images /" + obj.id + extension);

    var filestream:FileStream = new FileStream();

    FileStream.Open (imageFile, FileMode.WRITE);

    filestream.writeBytes (loader.data);

    FileStream.Close ();

    later, when I need the image for display purposes, I trying to load my applicationStorageDirectory:

    = new File (File.applicationStorageDirectory.nativePath);

    file = file.resolvePath ("images /" + obj.id + extension);

    image. Load (new URLRequest (file.nativePath));

    I made an outing with two URLS, and they are identical. However, the image fails to load with error #2035.

    In the desktop version of this application I store images in and load of applicationDirectory. It works very well!

    Can anyone help?

    Judith

    I found the solution myself. If I want to load a file from the applicationStorageDirectory I can't reference with file.nativePath but file.url!

  • Cannot load images in photoshop from LR

    I want to edit my photos in photoshop, but when I try to load it, the screen says ' this version of bright room may require Photoshop plug-in version camera 8.7 to ensure compatibility. " Please update the camera raw plugin update available in the Photoshop Help menu tool.

    We have updated to 8.7, but still we can not transfer images in Photoshop of ambient light. Help please

    Photoshop CS5 has been out of production for several years. Adobe does not update the supported camera raw for older versions of Photoshop. If you want the latest greatest version of camera raw so it is necessary to subscribe to creative photography plan cloud. A lot of people don't like this idea and see no need to do so. Adobe offers a free DNG Converter that allows you to create copies of your raw DNG files. These DNG files contain the raw image data and can be used with older versions of camera raw. Here are the links:

    Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter: for Windows

    Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter: for Macintosh

    And here's a short video to instruct you on how to use the DNG Converter:

    Camera Raw: How to use Adobe DNG Converter - YouTube

    Unless your computer is too old for him, your best choice is to use the latest version of the DNG Converter. It will support for most cameras.

    By the way, the latest version of camera raw that you can use with Photoshop CS5 is the version 6.7. If you install a later version it will be all affect your work.

    Thank you.

    You must download your image file on a web server, you control and use an absolute link to the image on your server where votre_domaine.fr is your web server, images is the file and your_image.jpg is the name of the image file.

    This seems to be a problem independent of the operating system or version of the product. What happens and when can we expect a patch? The fact that Adobe is unable to save a PDF file to other file formats has been a permanent frustration of my colleagues and myself for some time. I would be very grateful to know a method to fix the error so that we no longer have to rely on third party software to do the job that your product is supposed to do.

    Also, if anyone out there is in the same boat, I encourage you to take the floor. I also encourage other people to try to save the PDF files as images and report if you encounter the same problem.

    Hi Geoffrey,.

    Thank you for pointing out this problem. Let me check a few details about this problem with Acrobat.

    In the meantime, please try this:

    Open a PDF in Acrobat

    Go to file > export to > Image > JPEG

    Save as dialog click on the settings button in the lower part

    In the color management pane

    Click on the drop down to RGB

    Select Off & Ok

    Save the file in JPEG format

    I would like to know if it works.

    Thank you

  • Import of high-resolution images of ArcGIS (PC) to Illustrator C4 (Mac)-"Cannot take place due to an error" / "the file size is too big.

    I make a great conference poster that will contain images of ArcGIS. The poster will be 92 "x 42" and Imaging will cover 91 by 22 in the page. The problem is that I need very high resolution for imaging, but illustrator won't import my files. I use ArcGIS 10.3 on Windows 10 and Illustrator C4 with OS X 10.11.1 (El Capitan). I was not able to import any .tiff file into illustrator (is this possible?) and I get "cannot take place due to an error" or "the file is too big" errors when I try to put .jpeg, .png, .ai files exported from the GIS. I think that the problem is due to the differentoperating systems, rental However, can I open and edit (resize etc.) files in preview without any problem, so there is also a problem with Illustrator. The files that I use are more than 150 MB at 300 dpi, but I really prefer to use 600 dpi, Illustrator can't handle these files sizes? I don't want to lose the resolution using .jpeg, .pdf, etc., many types of compression will cause problems with vector layers from ArcGIS.  Please notify!

    Update your AICS4 to something with the ability to access more than 3 GB of memory RAM as CS6 or above. You'll never work with CS4, at least not to the resolution as you seem to think you need. Indeed, you could probably use 150ppi or the bottom of the poster and not obviously nothing to lose. And for the record, I worked for 17 years for the USGS working with ARCGIS and AI.
