Cannot open all programs Adobe CC with 10 Windows.

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10. For some reason, after a few weeks, I can't open any Adobe CC IE files Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, dnuee. When I click on the desktop icons, nothing happens. I tried to open files exe as administrator and once again, nothing.

I am tempted to uninstall and re install, but do not know if this will solve the problem... or if in fact I can.

I hope that you can help out!

It certainly looks like because of system files in the operating system for me...
