  I'm having a problem my applications CS6 to open after canceling the creative cloud. Legally, I brought and paid CS6 suite in 2013 or 2014, I think, that has worked well. I recently attended the University, which required for me to get the license of creative cloud of 1 year. This license has expired there is, at this time I deleted and removed creative cloud of my laptop and came back to the CS6 about 2 or 3 months. So far, I had no issues or problems. I get an error that appears when I try to open one of my apps CS6 saying I need to renew my subscription creative cloud. I tried to use the tool to download creative cloud, and whenever I use the tool, it says done but with errors. I've searched the forums and I tried some of the suggestions but nothing seems to work for me. I think that since I didn't renew my subscription, I can't call Adobe technical support for assistance. I'm ready to post videos and screenshots if that's helpful. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

• Expired CC user cannot open the CS applications

  Hi - I had a creative cloud student permit that has expired. I can go CC as a student in the near future, but right now I want to just run an application CS6 (specifically InDesign). When I go to launch InDesign CS6 Adobe Application Manager gives me a few seconds of the spinning wheel and then presents a window of creative cloud advising me to renew my subscription. I click on the subscription link Manager and taking me to my account page Adobe, where I see links to upgrade my subscription and provide payment information - and when I click on the link to display your products, I see the serial number and the date of registration of my CS6 software - but I don't see anything that looks like it will allow me to just run the CS6 software. I considered uninstalling, one by one, all the apps CC and uninstall then creative cloud itself to see if that fixes things, but thought I would check in here first. BTW, I do all this on a MacBook Pro for mid-2012 run OSX 10.9.5. Thank you.

  Try to open PS CS6 trials but get the message "Please connect to internet and try again. Tried all that I could find online, and then went on the customer support chat.  Chat for customer support people said just click on "continue" to the free trial version, but there is no button "continue". I tried the activation window offline, but you need a serial number. People chat customer support said that you don't need a serial number for the free trial? Someone has an idea?

  It was OK before I changed an online form... the online form which is the last page that I opened, and so the first page planning try to open opening of my request...

  What you could do is to get another admin to login and change the default values for the application for ' Remember last page visited: "and he the value no.
  It's under > Application > settings > "Current Application Defaults" > Display Options > Remember last page visited = No
  Then log in again and it should open without going through the form, then you can go and change the form.
  Once it has been set, you can go back to the last visited pages.

  Vanja, I'm sorry, and then you try to install CS6 through the application of Creative Cloud Desktop?  This error occurs usually when you try to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

  Have you tried downloading and installing product download CS6.

• Cannot open the CS6 with Lightroom 4.1

  I've updated my Lightroom to 4.1.  I also have Photoshop cs6 (extended) installed.  When I try to send the photo of 4.1 to Phoshop, I get a message offering me photshop cs4 as the path.  He says edit in c:\program files\Adobe\ Adobe PhotoshopCS4 is not a valid path.  I don't have CS4 on my computer.  He was kidnapped when I upgraded to CS5.  When I was with CS5, I had no problem photo passing from Lightroom.  I also uninstalled CS5 after upgrade to CS6.  What can I do to get Lightroom 4.1 and Bridge6 to transfer the photos to Photoshop CS6?  I am stuck and don't know what to do.

  Thank you for your response and help offered.  I was able to contact technical support.  They advised me to download the CS "Cleaner" tool and follow the instructions that were all to first uninstall programs Adobe (cs6 and lightroom), restart and then run the CS cleanup tool download.  I did as advised, and everything works perfectly now.  Lightroom and Bridge6 work fine now.

• Membership renewed but cannot open the CS6

  Something is twisted with my creative cloud account. I had to update my billing on a new card information, I did, but I'm not able to open all the apps. A popup appears saying that my subscription is active... I click on continue, and he asks me to update my membership. The when I click on try again it take back me to the old adage of the screen the my subscription is active. He is caught in a loop.

  If someone has encountered this? The popup says I should wait 15 minutes... But it was more than an hour.

  HA, I thought about it... Had to click on "license of this software. Adobe wording not clear button. I tried out of desperation.

  I have Apple devices for a few years now, but I still find it difficult to understand the system. I want to put an end to that, so I finally registered.

  I try to look at the tutorials and read the forums, but I can't find concrete answers to my situation.

  First of all, in my application of Photos of my MacBook, I remove hundreds of photos and videos, then I go to recently deleted screen and I delete them all permanently.

  However my disk space is the same before under 'Storage' summary when I check "to about this Mac". I restarted the Mac and waited for days, the space does not release upward.

  Then I read in a forum and found the following answer:

  Your photos has not deleted because they still exist in iPhoto or Aperture, whatever you use. Photos saves disk space by creating links to the already existing files in iPhoto/Aperture, rather than duplicate. This means that if you want to delete a file, you must make sure that it has deleted all.

  If you can live without ever using iPhoto/Aperture once again, go to your Pictures folder and delete iPhoto Library and Aperture Library . In this way, the only copies of your photos will be those photos, and removing free space on your computer.

  The images folder must be manually added to the sidebar.

  Open the Finder preferences:

  • Click anywhere on the empty office to bring the Finder to the front, then go to the Finder menu in the main menu bar, open "Preferences".
    Click the tab of the sidebar and add all the items to the sidebar, you want to see.

  

  Now, open the images in the sidebar folder in the Finder.  Is your photo library in iPhoto there?

  Then drag it to an external drive to make a backup copy, then delete it and empty the trash.  Accidentally delete the photo library.

  No, the photos in your library of Photos and the iPhoto library are separate files.  It was created by hard links.

  Hard links are new files, which use the same entry in the table. They store the contents in blocks of same on the disks, so the entries are not duplicated, but if you remove one of the linked files, the others will remain. The storage will be released, when the last linked file has been deleted.

  There are many people who don't use MS Word, but almost everyone has a PDF reader. This tool allows to convert the resume in PDF and who should make it readable to the person you send him. I can't imagine a company that accepts mail resumes would not have a PDF such as Foxit or installed Adobe Reader.
