  Can't download what app? What happens when you try? The App Store is part of the operating system. You can not download separately.

  Not sure what you mean by lower tray.   Have you tried Apple logo (top left)... and click on App Store, 4th point downwards.

  What do you think average with "I tried with the restore CD but nothing '? Have you tried to completely format your HARD drive? I had a similar problem, but in my case it was because of the transplant of BONE... so I reinstalled the system from the beginning and it was ok.
