• RH9 uninstalled, but cannot open the old project of RH8

  I have Robohelp 8 on my computer. I won Technical Communication Suite 3, which include RH9, in a draw and installed in a directory without removing RH8. Then I read that RH9 converts the files to a new format which is not backward compatible with RH8. It scared me, so I disabled and uninstalled RH9 and other components of the TCS3. RH8 remains on my computer, and I can run it normally. But when I tried to open an existing HTML project, I received a message that the project is in a new format which RH8 cannot read. So I unzipped a backup copy of the project, but got the same message with it too. I never opened the project in RH9, and I am sure that I never even launched RH9 on my computer before uninstalling it. So what the hell happens and how can I go back to the use of RH8? I hope someone can help me!

  Not sure why you would be skittish about the use of version 9, but whatever.

  Try to remove the. DPC to the project file and then it should reopen in version 8. Of course, a feature that is compatible that with 9 don't understand 8.

  Right-click on the Xlsx file and select open with.  Then find Excel and make sure that it is selected to always open with this program.  Click OK, and then see if it works

If so, click it, click on OK to save. If Photoshop CS6 is not available, click 'Browse' in menu drop down, get the program Adobe Photoshop CS6\Photoshop.exe Photoshop.exe. Choose that and now the drop down list that will show. Click OK to save.

• Cannot open the PDM file with excel 2016

  I have Office 2016, LV 2015 and (I checked my "TDM Excel Add-in" file) the Excel Add-in 2015 of CT.

  I have attached a picture of what I get when I try to open the PDM file with excel.

  So, I found something strange. I checked active supplements under the excel options and the TDM Excel Add-in is listed as inactive (and is called a COM-add-in). I tried to activate it, by checking the box (see the second picture), but that does not change. Interesting is the last line of my second attached photo:

  Translated it means: ' loading behavior: a runtime error occurred when trying to load this Add-In.

  I have 10-64 bit operating system like windows.

  Someone at - it a solution?

  So I bought Adobe CS4 years. Installed on a macbook. MacBook died, got the new MacBook Pro, installed. Use a (mostly indesign) ton for my business, no problem. My hard drive crashed a few months ago. I reformatted the hard drive on my MacBook Pro, then used my old CS4 discs to reinstall the material with the old serial code. I opened indesign to start working on an older project (I was working on before the reformat) and it says that it cannot open this file because I'm missing the plugins? I have attached two screens (the other appears after I press OK first.) I get trying to open these files. And oddly, I opened old illustrator and photoshop files, no problem. It's just indesign?

  If it was because I didn't disable the software - and I'm on the 2 install limit? But I just spoke with someone at adobe and they said that it wasn't that. Adobe Updater says I have no update, I tried to search the indesign updates? I don't know and I'm a little panic please help!

  I built a site, went to save a download in British Colombia.

  At halfway through the upload, got a JSON error... See screenshot below. He went down, has reopened the case and to breed.

  Renamed the folder to ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Adobe Muse CC to force a refresh of pref... Muse opens, but no menus, cannot open pages, output, etc.

  Then I uninstalled Muse by using the uninstall program in the Apps folder, deleted the files in ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Adobe Muse CC

  Reinstalled Muse of CC app... opens, can create a new site, but open no matter what 'old', the menus are still not working.

  How can I get a new installation and reopen my older files?

• Cannot open the LR project on the new system of Win 7 x 64

  Can someone tell me what is happening here?  I built a new PC, win7 x 64.  I put my LR database drive and my drive of LR in the new PC files.  The drive letters are the same as they were on the old PC.  I installed LR 2.7 on the new PC.  I opened the project very well file.

  After a reboot, I can open is no longer one of my old catalogss LR.  And I get a message like this.

  I get the same erros with LR3b2 catalogs.

  Your user name must be the owner or a member of the group that owns the player. Go to the Solution Explorer, click with the right button on the drive, properties/Security/Advanced/owner to see who is the owner and change for administrators (assuming that your username is a member of this group) or your username. Win7 is more strict on differentiate the permissions and ownership ala POSIX and LR seems to want property.

  On a computer with Word 2000 or 2002, X 5 will run straight out of the box. On a computer with Word 2003, you will need to download the service pack as described in my article on installing RoboHelp.

  Even without this, HR would install and work up until you try to do something a word related, so this isn't the cause of your problem.

  Make sure that IT allows to install your logon. Too often, they think it is easier to use their logons, because they have the correct rights. Unfortunately HR will work only if installed with your logon with admin rights and this problem has all of the features of you not having is not the correct rights.

  I recently updated my adobe reader of adobe acrobat dc software and since then I can't open old pdf files in my phone. The new I have download open very well, but the 'old' simply disappeared.   If this is the case, it is possible that you try to open files that have been downloaded before and no longer exist on your device. To open the files that actually exist on your device, you can go to the tab internal storage that exists on the download tab. The internal storage tab displays the available folders. Go to the downloads folder in the internal storage tab, and then in the folder 'Adobe Reader' or 'Adobe Acrobat' and you can find the files there.

• Cannot open the attachment sent with Outlook Express

  I have Windows XP.  I use my processor Works 8.  He worked for many years, suddenly it doesn't.  When I create and send a document using Outlook Express, the receiptant cannot open it.  It is the standard verbiage that works may not support, the file can be used by another application, etc. After much frustration, I find now that if the document is sent attached to Outlook Express cannot be opened from the accessory, it can be opened if the receiptant saves the attachment to its documents and open it from there (which becomes tedious).  I have now discovered that if I send the document as an attachment by using a free email program from Yahoo (Rocketmail) it can be opened from the attachment.  The problem seems to imply of Outlook Express.  Any suggestion would be appreciated.
