  Hello..

  Open Safari and then go to the Safari menu, click Safari > Preferences , and then select the general tab.

  Select Safari from the default web browser: popup menu

  Quit and then restart Safari if it recognizes that change.

  The next time that you click a link in an email it should automatically launch Safari.

  Many other people if you look at the discussions of the forum. Currently, there is no single solution.   You have Word? Office 2004 won't work with El Capitan.

  You can save the attachment and then try to open it to see what happens. If it still does not open, try to open Word or Pages or TextEdit and use the command open.

• Cannot open URL in emails.

  I more open URL attached to an e-mail. The computer tells me "this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact system administrator. " This just started happening after Microsoft updated my laptop. It is not a problem with NORTON.

• Folio cannot open URL

  

  I have three URLS of the hyperlinks in an article in folio. Two are working properly, and we're not. In the Adobe Viewer when the third link is released, Safari appears, then this alert.

  I have triple-checked the link to make sure it's accuracte and that article is up-to-date in DPS.

  Does anyone have clues?

  This has nothing to do with the DPS, this is a problem with the certificate to the https connection. I guess you see the question even if you try to open the URL in Mobile Safari.
