Cannot record Audio CD player

I have a problem trying to record frrom audio to a CD using the CD from my PC.  When you use the analog recorder in "Microsoft Plus", I get no audio 'CD player' audio of entry although it plays through Windows Media player perfectly.  Analog recorder software uses default 'CD player' when the CD player is used, which means that I can't adjust the sound level or recording.  I get the same result through "Audacity".

This problem seems to coincide with the installation of a Nvidia graphics card but the withdrawal of the card and all that setting back to its previous state has not cured the problem.  "Audio Converter" errors out with audio codec errors and therefore won't convert files to MP3 format.

I reinstalled Microsoft Plus, disconnected and then reinstalled the CD player and removed the Nvidia graphic card; all to nothing does not.

I checked for IRQ and memory conflicts and found the following conflicts;

I/o ports 0 x 00000000-0x00000CF7 - PCI bus

IO port 0 x 00000000-0x00000CF7 - Direct memory access controller

IRQ 16 - Intel (r) 82801EB USB Universal Host Controller - 24D2

IRQ 16 - Intel (r) 82801EB USB Universal Host Controller - 24DE

Address 0xA0000-0xBFFFF memory - bus PCI

Memory address 0xA0000-0xBFFFF - NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 (graphics card)

Can anyone help me?.

Thank you in anticipation

Mike

Sorry to be so long to reply to your reply (the big problems with the PC!).

Sort of, the problem is resolved: there was an update for the Microsoft software to solve a problem with the latest editions of Windows media player. I installed the fix and everything is fine now. Thank you.

I have configured the noise map I / O and volume sliders but still no luck - it an option is grayed out on the properties of the sound card that suggests something is not available or active with the soundcard - ideas?

    Hello

It will be interesting to know what exactly is gray. AFAIK if sound card is not installed correctly the recorder does not work correctly.

I had the same problem. After update the sound card driver, it's all ok.

  • Cannot record audio streaming - only microphone listed as peripheral.

I can't record audio streaming because there is only listed as device micro. I checked in the recording devices, see the disabled devices Show disconnected, but there is nothing except micro it (Realtek High Definition Audio). I downloaded and installed the latest drivers from the website of the manufacturer, nothing changes and I looked in the bios to see there at - it no audio devices listed and (perhaps off), but in the bios, I can't access anything except the date/time settings and password changes.

    Help! :)

    Hello JelenaJovanovic,

Please provide the make and model of your PC. In addition, the record from the audio device or the stereo mix option is available if the sound card or audio device driver supports this option.

You can check directly with the PC manufacturer to check if the PC audio device supports the registration of the aircraft.

I hope this information is useful.

  • FMS4 on Win2008r2 cannot record audio

    Hello

I have problems recording audio using FMS4 under Windows 2008 R2

I have an old server, it's a Windows XP with FMS 3.0.2, which works perfectly, but now we are upgrading the server to Windows 2008 R2 with FMS4.

I try on my developpen with FMS4 environment Developer Version (trial version).

Using the same program (AS3) to record audio that works on my old server.

I got this trace on Flash:

    NetStream.Record.NoAccess
    NetStream.Buffer.Empty
    NetStream.Buffer.Empty
    NetStream.Buffer.Empty

    ...

These are my settings after installation.

Port 1935 (didn't add port 80 because it is being used by IIS).

    The value "LIVE_DIR = C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flash Media Server 4\webroot\live_recorded" on "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flash Media Server 4\conf\fms.ini.

The value 'applications' file to "Everyone" permission 'total control '.

    Firewall disabled

Even tried to set the permissions of the folder "Flash Media Server 4" to "Everyone" to "full control".

Hope there is a way to solve this problem.

    Thank you.

You use 'live' application & request 'live' does not save the content. I suggest to create empty folder in the directory of the application of the FMS say "myapp" and then try to save to this application 'myapp' & your code should work

  • cannot record audio streams in Win 8 pRO

I can't save the audio streaming to Win 8 using any software... Sound forge (updated driver) Audacity (just installed as test) and your 'recorder '... They will all be the record of a microphone but not reading.  The file should be saved to HD and then it can be played using the media player... Also I can't use the built-in DVD/CD device, he continually tells me to insert a disk... My external HP dvd1040 works very well, but this is not the point...  These two problems may be related? ... In the Device Manager it tells me the CD/DVD unit is not plugged in and there is several HDMI and S/PDIF devices that show not plugged... From time to time, it (they) change... Sometimes, the Device Manager shows four items sometimes ten to twelve, more unplugged... Leave a clean install, not an upgrade, Vista (update, at the time), I have Win 8 Pro...

Maybe your outdated software and is not compatible with Windows 8? Try this audio streaming recorder

It works like a charm with Windows 8 and 10.

  • Didn't hear from Microsoft LifeChat lx3000 headset and cannot record audio as well

    Original title: Microsoft lifechat lx3000

I'm using windows 7 ultimate 64-bit. Gigaybyte ep43t-usb3 motherboard with Realtek hd audio manager on it >. >

Basiclly my problem is as follows. With this realtech thing, I can't get sound out of my speakers, or my logitech headset. I can't have a microphone to work with it nor with the helmet, or just one. With the lx3000 I install the cd (also tried the drivers on the MS site) plug the headphones in and nothing. I have no sound in headphones, audio recorder says that no microphone is there. The drivers are properly installed.

It is a very annoying problem that im finding hard to fix, google searches do not come upwards with people having the same problem as me. I had a friend use remote desktop to try to help as hes not bad with computers. We have installed, uninstalled drivers, used previous drivers, disabled the onboard sound, everything and nothing. Still no sound usb headphones, still no micro.

I know theres nothing wrong with headphones because I tried the lx3000 on my old xp machine, works very well, and even with the logitech, even if I only got to test the microphone that I can already get this headphone sound. Me missing something, is there a service audio usb secret to >. >

I used the troubleshooter, but which does nothing. In the clicking noise right, playback devices, I can't do anything by default, this thing realtech takes control of what he wants, the changes I make in the properties of something are cancelled at the moment I click on apply and ok. If I have the headphones plugged in usb, tab check GELERA, disconnected from its fine.

Any help to fix this frustrating extremley would be appreciated.

  • Cannot record audio in Audition. Red button does not appear.

I am trying to record a voice on my Animation project.  Tutorials lead me to click a 'red' on my Adobe Audition CC 2014

to record my voice on except there is no red button.  "Also need to know how"play"my video, so I can enter my audio imported into the.

    good places.

    Thanx, Roddie

You must go to Edit > Preferences > Audio hardware and make sure that your audio device is connected properly to the hearing, and that the entry that you want to use is selected as a source on the track you want to record, edit > Preferences > Audio Channel Mapping.

If this does not work after having done that, and then come back.

  • Cannot record Audio

Am using Captivate 4, XP Pro (64) and I am unable to record any audio whether running. I downloaded the latest patch and it has not solved the problem. Someone told me there is a difficulty here somewhere referring to re - register a dll, but it is impossible to find the article.  Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

    You can follow these steps-

Close Adobe Captivate, and then do the following-

    1. Identify the location of cmd.exe. Usually found in C:\Windows\System32\
    2. Click right-click on cmd.exe > select run as administrator (this step is only for Vista)
    3. Launches the command prompt
    4. Now, go to the Adobe Captivate 4 installation location. In your case, this is C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 4
    5. Now, run the command regsvr32 NSAudio.dll
    6. Message about successful registration should appear.
Now try to save the audio in Captivate 4.

    I plan to do a 200 x, but have a question.

We need to record lectures webinars/video - when this customer of physical problems with the products.  the video can then be sent to engineering.

With the t61, you cannot record audio from the sound line-in/card (line-in is absent on the mixer).  You must use a 3.5 mm of the speaker to the microphone cable!  Impossible to tell if the sound is distorted without sound repetitive tests either.  This was a surprise.

Thought of the u350, but he has the same "characteristic".

The 200 x allows you to save the stream audio/online?

    Thank you

If you need a hardware solution, then get a usb sound card or the expresscard card. Software solution are not perfect, and a larger well much money these card of his material. h

    1. click on the arrow below the burn tab, and then click More Options.
    2. turn off the volume apply upgrade across tracks on the CD check box and then click OK.
    3. try burning the CD again.

  • How to add an audio file to my Flash Animation, recording Audio in QuickTime Player

    I have a Question.

So I try to add an audio file to my Flash Animation, but the library is like 'NOPE SCREW YOU', for me and I don't know what to do. The Im trying to download the files were recorded with QuickTime Player.

    Info

QuickTime Player Audio track made from

    Mac Book Air

    Flash CC 2015

    10.9.5 OSX

Makes m4a files, QuickTime Player, that you can open in iTunes, click on save as MP3.

But I do not have it. Working with audio in Flash is much more successful if the WAV sound. Use an audio conversion program to a WAV version, use Flash. It may be MP3 in the final swf or the files of the HTML5, but keep as WAV while working on the FLA.

The converter that I use is this one:

Audio-Converter on the Mac App Store

It can also convert to OGG format, which is useful to support Firefox.
