  You must set up your default email program to send on a Web site.  Go to control panel | Default programs and set your default e-mail program there.  If your e-mail program is web-based, then you probably can't use this feature (sends the Web site file), then you may need to copy the site, and then paste it into a new message and then send it.

  If you are sure that you are using to see OE these to be sure it is set as default.

  Control Panel | Add/Remove programs. Set Program Access and Defaults. Custom + down arrow | Select the option for Outlook Express.

  File | Identities | Add the new identity. Create a new one and try it. If all goes well, you can import your messages and address book from the old identity and delete it.

  First of all, see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 and see if your antivirus interferes.  Some are known with play with WinMail and its messages and the database.  Then compact and repair the database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/), and then see if it boots and your account works fine.  You may need to delete your account, compact and repair the database, and then add it back again.  But first, make sure that your antivirus is not that live up to WinMail.  www.Microsoft.com/security_essentials seems to work very well.

  Sorry, I don't know how or why an obsolete add-on would be installed on a new PC, probably related to the installation of the printer of HP on the new PC software. I doubt if she was transferred with Firefox data files, as the SWP HP add-on is not installed directly in Firefox - is installed when the Firefox profile is all first run after installing the HP software and Firefox see a 'new add-on"in the registry, it would be rejected by Firefox due to the lack of compatibility of version number.   In your Safari menu bar, click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab, then click on: Remove all data from the Web site

  If this does not help, you can have this Yahoo pages preventing to open a Safari extension or third party plugin installed.

  In the Safari menu, click Safari > Preferences , and select the tab ' Extensions '. If there are installed extensions, one at a time uninstall and exit then restart Safari to test.

  If it is not a question of extensions, try troubleshooting third-party plug-ins.

  Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the tab Security Deselect: plug-ins Allow. Quit and restart Safari to test.
