  I got a new computer HP with Vista64. Whenever I try to start "Windows update", "User accounts", "My computer properties" apps does not start. I just saw window a new poping up on the screen and then it closes but nothing more. Does anyone have an idea on what to do?

  3. open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click principally made programs, click Accessories, right-click command prompt, and then click Run as administrator, and in the command prompt, type sfc/scannow. Restart the computer and check.

  Assuming that you can connect to the remote computer, you can start reading here. Be aware that several modern browser (e.g. Chrome) is no longer support or allow NPAPI plugins, then your choice of browser style are limited.

  A better choice is direct on the remote control. This allows you to fully control the LabVIEW application, start it even if it is not active, loading/saving files, etc.

  I generally use Chrome remote desktop. I can connect to one of my computers from anywhere, even if both computers are located on networks private behind a NAT or firewall. Works great!

• Touchpad is not in harmony with my orders.

  Looks like you are trying to get XP Mode configured, that will install a virtual machine for you to run your legacy programs.  This feature is available in the professional versions, full and Enterprise edition - so your property in this aspect.

  You get this error message because you do not have the chip installed for hardware - assisted virtualization technology and it's good. you don't need more.  Click on this link http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx and select your language and edition.  Then scroll down to step 3.  You must download and run the third component called Windows XP Mode Update. This update will remove the requirement that you have the chip mentioned above.

  That should do the trick.

I have reformat the HD does have 2 attacked together but spent the 1 hard drive and changed RAID.  This change has been to try to understand why my computer would hard lock. • Cannot start the update to firmware OJ6500_E710a-f_R1206A

  Given the availability of a new version for my printer, the 6500 a - E710a 1206 FW, which is always on the 1110AR version.

  • Is running on the host Windows 7 64-bit SP1, the printer on a wired network with static IP 192.168.1.200
    (also tried on a laptop VISTA business SP2 32-bit)
  • Unplugged the printer and made a cold start.
  • The Windows Firewall and virusscanner AVG are deactivated.
  • I started flashing utility owned by the firmwareupdate executable.
  • The printer is the static IP address, but the line is grayed out.
  • The update button is gray. The printer cannot be selected with the checkbox.

  Try to connect the printer to your computer via a direct USB connection, and then try to update the firmware and the check for the difference.

• Cannot start on the screen and can not access early startup options

  I've had my new Sony Vaio laptop for a little less than two months now, it came preloaded with Windows 8. However this afternoon after startup, I got a blue screen, followed by the message: "repair disk errors. It may take more than an hour to finish '.   I looked at the options for creating the installation of Windows 8 media, and I have access to another computer running Windows Vista to create this, but I don't have access to a product key of Windows 8, because my Sony notebook came with the operating system pre-installed, and I couldn't find a key product or on the laptop itself , or anywhere in the documentation that accompanies it. For this reason, the Installation of Windows 8 media doesn't seem to be an option for me.

  However I saw a feature on my phone that allows me to start directly on the boot advanced options. an assist beside my power button which, when I hold while the laptop is turned off, starts directly at the menu said.

  I'm moving a VM 10.7.x guest 10.8.2 using the InstallESD.dmg from the Mac App Store.

  My host OS is 10.7.5 and I use Fusion 5.0.2.

  I tried the upgrade several times, but after installation I get the message shown in the attached screenshot.

  

  I changed the OS of Lion Mountain Lion in the settings of the virtual machine, but it had no effect!

  I also tried to create a new virtual machine and boot from the InstallESD.dmg, but the virtual machine does not start. I get the circle with a cross through it.

  Panic occurs because your virtual machine still contains the VMware Fusion 4.1.1 tools and that the release is not compatible with the Mountain Lion: specifically, the vmmemctl driver triggers a comments during the boot kernel panic, as you found it.  Since you're now under Fusion 5.0.2 try to restore your pre-Mountain-Lion VM snapshot (you, not you?) update VMware tools in this guest of Lion and then proceed with the upgrade to Lion mountain inside the guest.

  Firefox is loaded on a dell Windows XP computer; It works fine one day. • Cannot start without see BSOD... not even in safe mode

  My question regarding lvl4-disp display driver gel and screen BSOD answered by someone on this forum.
  Followed the instructions to uninstall the graphics card and reinstall the drivers... it worked for awhile but froze again and BSOD with even. error message
  I did a scan before the accident and all systems and transmitted material.

  I tried to repeat the above, but this time the BSOD come immediately.  I tried several times and cannot get past the BSOD.

  When my problem appeared all first, I called a local computer store and they told me what they would do was to reinstall Windows XP.

  I have original XP discs delivered with Dell computer and driver disk.  It would be the best solution to this persistent problem?
  If Yes, what is the best way to go about this?
