Had already tried your suggestions, without success, but has once again to be sure. Without success. However, I made a further exploration of my own and found out that IPv6 is set to "Link Local" only in my router. I have reset on 'Automatic', the router reset to update, and my problem was solved. So it was the IPv6 setting (unlikely) or the router reset (probably) that solved the problem, or it is your suggestions I tried and did not work, COMBINED with the router reset which solved the problem (quite possible).

It's an old printer and there was only the 32-bit drivers for Windows 98 to Vista. Canon are unlikely to write 64-bit drivers now.

Anyone know how to get your money back? My CC application does not start and I have tried the suggested workaround solutions listed above and they have not worked for me. I'm surprised, because I use Firefox for years and never met such a problem. Any Web site I can get with Firefox has its missing colors. The background is white. Also color of tab header/Navigation etc are missing. There is no problem with the sizes of fonts or colors.
I see that this problem is only with Firefox only. I tried your troubleshooting tips which "Tools - Options - content - colours - allow pages choose own colors..." and also reinstall the latest version of Firefox without any addons. Problem persists.
I tried the same thing about websites using Chrome and Opera, which returned the original colors of page.
Can someone help me please?

printer spoller problems persist in Windows 7, all tried the suggestion from the previous post
It is a second letter of assistance. I tried all the suggestions to use FIXIT for the CMD and change via the command prompt. To test the registry database. I'm not able to get the work print spooler. Anyone has an idea why the spooler for apparently no reason stopped working under Windows 7. It is not the printers, I have tried to load different printer drivers and used another printer with the same results.

I tried the trick in Firefox help page (delete the file "cert8.db"), but the problem persists. (I couldn't even for Firefox Help pages in Firefox, had to use Chrome to get here!) The error message means there is a problem with secure web sites themselves, but which is not normal, that I can easily open them with several other browsers. Firefox help page gives several examples of the type "sec_error_..." error messages ", but not one specific I get:"sec_error_ocsp_old_response. "

I ran avg 2012. Now that Firefox is not running. Checked through support got a current download at AVG firewall and trying to remove then add then click on... He says then go to the firefox installation directory (where is that) go to the Mozilla Firefox Firefox\ program and select firefox.exe. etc. That's where I stopped.
Firewall says firefox authorized. Being a nullgeek I stopped because I don't want to cause more damage. I also tried to download the latest version of Firefox and that nothing resolved.

My OS is Windows XP service pack 3 version. I even tried to install FF4 but he never settle.
