  I'm trying to create a GREP style for uppercase letter after a hyphen between the words, specifically with a word beginning with a capital and after a dash do not for example Lorem-ipsum = Lorem -Ipsum

  The full story, it's that there is an indesign batch file used over and over again that family names that are in a large database of data - merge. Data arrives in capital letters and our mail barcoding software allows us to title case some fields, but the behavior of title case has the following results:

  * = Mcleod McLeod

  * = Agostino Agostino

  * Smith-Bunting = Smith-Bunting

  I was able to solve the = problem with the following GREP style Mcleod McLeod:

  (?<=Mc)\l
  

  and then apply a character style that is nothing more than all caps.

  Similarly, I was able to solve the problem = D'Agostino of Agostino:

  (?<=\u')\l
  

  and once more apply style all uppercase to the letter assigned. This also solves the problem of O 'leary to o' Leary.

  However, when I try these GREPs to enter style Bunting-Smith questions:

  (?<=\u\l+?-)\l     or   (?<=\u\l{2,}-)\l
  

  the search does not work, nor will it work with regular replacement of find/change GREP... and yet the expression \u\l+?-\l will find the block I'm after.

  I could use the search

  (?<=\l-)\l
  

  and is that Smit untingh-b= Smith-Bunting... but there is also co-ontervenir = co-Ontervenir (find two words with a hyphen but begins with a lowercase letter).

  That's fine if the paragraph style is applied to the line in the address block containing the name of the client, but if the name is mentioned in a text block, then that block of text must have the paragraph with the GREP style applied style and dashes between words in that para is in the same way as the name.

  Yes, it is possible to go into excel and use the PROPER (cell affected) = and fix fields Smith-Bunting, but I am trying to create a solution that only works in InDesign so that other operators in the office (who are not familiar with excel) can simply open the file of commands and dump in the database to txt generated by the mail bar coding software.

  There are other names that-case of barcoding mail title fault upward, i.e.

  * = Macleod MacLeod

  * van der Graaf = Van Der Graaf

  * van Diemen = Van Diemen

  but a GREP make MacLeod of Macleod can clog Mack, Mackie or Macy become MacK, MacKie or MacY.

  I also know that a GREP for the van der or van will not work as the style will force letters only to be all uppercase, not uppercase to lower...

  In the end...

  does anyone know how to style GREP (not a find/change GREP) a fix for Xxxxx-xxxxx = Xxxxx-Xxxxx?

  I agree with Haakenlid on his reviews of Dirty-workaround - in my opinion, the data should be entered in the way which it oguht, not altered by some magical GREP styles - but then again, I can also sympathize with your POV re: a fire-and-forget solution even your stupidest operator can not miss.

  If you are totally, absolutely certain you want to GREP for that, use this:

  b define a character to capitals on the chain style

  \b\u\l+\-\l

  -This will change as if by magic "the Honourable lieutenant Sir John Forsythe Blunt-object" in "BLUNT object".

  (b) then replace (!) the first half with another style of character that removes the attribute of capitals (!):

  \b\u\l+-(?=\l)

  Notice how this expression is exactly the same as the one above, except for the latest code - the next tiny need also be captured, but now, by using an advanced search for its formatting will be not affected.

  This command removes the substitution all uppercase the first halve, change 'BLUNT-object' 'Blunt-object '.

  

  Many side effects, I'm sure. Maybe it 's safer to teach your operators to run a single script.

  Upper/lower case does not matter with popular e-mail clients such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird. You did not specify what mail client, you use, but a good starting point would be to use all lowercase letters.

  I have a slight problem, well a major problem. I have been using my e-mail address by satellite (tv providers) for those who may not be the same in their countries as I suppose you good people are from all worldwide its big cable. This TV provider is huge in the United Kingdom. Not only are they doing television, but they also make Internet access as well as telephone services at home that we chose to opt for a month later, when a huge bill came through and we use it only for calls that my supplier of laptop would cost more than calling. After receiving the first invoice we chose but kept the tv and internet.

  I know you think that you don't need the above info but think back to these discussion forums, I saw people asking for answers more so I hope that there is no need for that if I gave enough details.

  Since we had these services just like any other company offering them we got an e-mail address. I have published for use this email address since we signed. This goes back years and years like I said when the first iPhone came out, and then the App Store introduced.

  A good 18 months ago we changed internet service providers - our region finally got fiber ultra high speed of downloading music from iTunes in about 30 seconds flat if less. Movies about 5 minutes. I would never like to look back.

  I asked the supplier because I had changed my internet to another provider at the time good old Richard Branson was the only one to do these speeds for a higher price, but not all areas, until a supplier came out the woodwork that he offered at a reduced price and he was soon in my area.

  Immediately, I got on the phone with my previous provider of broadband and asked them if it was the end of my e-mail address. They assured me that as long as I kept their television services that I would be safe.

  Heres where my troubles begin.

  NOW TO THE REAL PROBLEM

  In hindsight I should have subscribed to a secure e-mail. Later, I received an e-mail from my TV provider that Yahoo was now the main source of the email. I could connect via yahoo and my address of providere tv.

  Even though I had a very strong password I changed every few months containing symbols as letters and numbers, it seems that Yahoo is not at all certain and they hacked as I discovered thanks to a search when my iPhone asked me to put my password. Later, I went on my tv providers email and my password is not valid. So I tried the same yahoo. Then, I managed to change my password by an alternative email. That seemed to do the trick...

  Until my partner received a strange e-mail telling him he could make thousands online. Since this is my email he opened. It contains no content malious, but he went to meet ask me "what you send me" and saw that the reply address was completely different.

  On hearing this I wrote then a password that I don't even remember. I do not store on my phone. I never told anyone and I put it in my safe should I need because it was a welcome e-mail and not necessary for work and does not have all the notes beside her.

  Since the space of 4 months, I had to change twice. WHY THESE PIRATES CAN GET IN.

  Before these events August 2015, I received an e-mail from Apple telling me that my icloud had used a device that was not recognized and ignore if it wasn't me. That day, I was sick in bed at 9.04 and my partner was at work that does not allow you to access things on a computer.  If necessary access I would just access it through the address main iCloud I have used twice. Even my iCloud email has not been given. I hardly use it. Although I can change that because my old e-mail address is a responsibility.

  I took immediate action on my Apple ID. I changed my security questions and the password. Asked for a check of the 2 step. Change my phone number because those people might find a way to get my number. I made sure my PIN code is sent via my new number or the devices that I use.

  IT WORKED a TREAT - I'm extremely lucky that they never blocked my access to my Apple ID after research they could do this.

  I'm now very careful to change my password. I went as far as contacting the apple team on my ID. They told me I had done the right thing and could see that I changed the reg passwords. It was a little bit of time before I start to have problems of electronic mail at least 3 weeks before.

  WHAT CAN I DO

  As I have explained above my TV provider changed their accounts with yahoo, but forever be able to connect via the address through my tv provider and my ex provider broadband. It is not without danger. This time the password changed again. However, I stupidly changed the security issue and could not change. It seems that I'm locked unless I have a phone number. It will be hard to do since I am with their services.

  I think they can ask me to change my email address but I still have contacts there and so on. So that they could keep the account open just for this reason.

  THE FIRST IPHONE WAS RELEASED IN 2007

  Can you imagine losing all your data that you have spent thousands on since then all be wiped as I guess I would need to put in place a new ID to a protected e-mail address as security iPhone that has a verification of the 2 step like Google owes much to my relief.

  My daughter would lose all his tricks for? It does not download everything I do. It would still show on the cloud if I got a new ID and put it in the family? I would then be able to delete my original account and continue with my new name?

  I know some time ago very very long before Apple had iPhones and others that my friend found his music, but it was something unique. This will come back some time ago. Only, she was extremely on the moon as they never do this, but she was an avid collector of music and crying. I've see it ask and don't know even it was not what a friend. It was well before iCloud. They said that they would do it.

  Surely, there must be a way to turn it. Like all transactions that I bought through my card number and even kept receipts of all I bought the iPhone, etc. and be able to put my new ID by family in icloud. Surely other people emails were hacked. I still find a rude apple employee. Even the community of support here is really nice. Regardless of the question.

  I'm extremely sorry for the long post. I thought that if I developed a little bit more to show what I did. Maybe someone can help me in my perdicument.

• How to remove the 2nd e-mail address of a contact?

  A friend sent me a change of email address, which I have added to the Contacts on my Mac.  Contacts have been propagated to my iPad using iCloud.  I removed the old address of Contacts in my Mac, but every time I try to send a message and type the first letters of his name on an e-mail on the iPad, the old e-mail address appears.  How can I remove the old address?  I know that on the Mac, there is a "previous winners' list where these addresses can be removed, but how can this be one on an iPad?

  When this old e-mail address appears, hopefully, you will see an 'i' in a circle on the right side of the pop-up window.  Click that circled 'i' and you will find a delete option.

• Mailing address: cannot reply to messages.

  It seems that the Mail application stops responding.  I would start by forcing the Mail application to close and open the Mail app via the steps below.

  Force a nearby application on your Mac.

  1. Open Mail and immediately hold down the SHIFT key until the Mail is opened. This causes the Mail to open without any message or box to the selected letters.

• e-mail addresses do not at all

  Until today, my e-mail was working fine. When I tried to access my e-mail I got the pizza pie/beach ball spinning and nothing else, no e-mail at all windows. I tried to access accounts via the drop-down list in the toolbar. No luck. The wheel turns all associated with the post. I tried the Apple troubleshooting site - nothing remotely, as my problem. I used the utility disk first aid with no luck. I then tried to do restart, still no luck. I rebooted and zapped the prom. No chance here no more. I have a late 2012, 12 Gig RAM, intel core i5 2.5 GHz, Mac Mini with El Capitan 10.11.2 6.1. What gives?

  Please launch the Console application in one of the following ways:

  ☞ Enter the first letters of his name in a Spotlight search. Select from the results (it should be at the top).

• Get e-mail addresses to automatically set up in the To: field of a Windows Mail

  I'm trying to find how to get the familiar e-mail addresses I type into the To: field for new messages in Windows Mail to automatically mount when I type in the first few letters.

  Currently, it doesn't seem to store e-mail addresses, I used for a few days in his memory, regardless of if it is stored in my address book, which means that I am forever having to type the e-mail address in its entirety, or continue to go in the AddressBook to dig up people.   These are called "semi-automatic", it's NOT what it really is.
  It can ONLY semi-automatic 29 RECENT addresses you had USED.
  All other addresses beyond the list of 29 will NOT get auto-compleyed for those who are NOT in the list.
  The ONLY way to get these beyond the list of 29 to knock on button, scroll to find the address or type the first letter or 2 in the search box.

  You can consider installing Windows Live Mail, which will OFFER a semi-automatic TO your address book.
  Windows Live Mail and Windows Mail will co-exist. You don't have to give up one.

  Also, did you put a check mark on "my server requires authentication"?

  2. Select your AOL IMAP account.
  3. Click on Properties.
  4. In the Properties dialog box, click the servers tab.
  5. In the outgoing mail server section, click the box my server requires authentication .

  Sounds like a spammer has hijacked your address, using as the address of the sender if its spam.  Recipient addresses are incorrect, so you get bounces her.  This means not necessarily your mailbox has been compromised, but to be sure, connect to your mail service provider website and change the password of your mailbox for something no one could guess maybe.  Do at least ten characters, use uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. • Is there no way to just select text in DW CC 2015 and put it in capital letters without the help of CSS?

  A simple question. I'm just trying to select specific text and put it in capital letters without having to use CSS and without having to retype. I don't see an option for this in 2015 CC DW anywhere. Either I'm blind or there is simply no. I swear that this is in the older versions however.

  I have a list with the addresses and has been invited to be the first lines in capital letters. There isn't a ton of work to just retype, but it seems that it could be simplified. I guess I could just use CSS, but it seems unnecessary to me. Anyway, any help is appreciated.

  It does not exist as an option, as the ability of InDesign to highlight the text, then click on the button in the toolbar.

  However, the use of css to do is quite simple...

  Depending on how your addresses are arranged, you may be able to do much easier using the: first-line pseudo selector in your .css file.

He claims that I recently added my address to e-mail from Apple as a conference entitled "rescue e-mail address for...» [my] AppleID. "I don't have such a thing.
