  I realized that I can't open anything with a double click, not just InDesign. In the search for an answer, I found an answer. When I installed a new mouse, I turned the speed to high, fast, super fast. When I slowed down the speed of double click, I could open anything. Phew!

  I solved the problem.  If you go to System Preferences > accessibility > mouse and Trackpad - you can set the double click to be much slower speed.

  If you look in the outputs > General properties of the publication settings page, there is now an option to import the HTML template file. The option type of works in a way bass-ackwards, you click on the box first, then you get a window to select the file and then you must click on the button import.

  You must first understand Master Pages are used in two completely different ways. Looks like you make changes to the space reserved for the body of the Page Master and expected to see changes influence-related topics. Sorry, but that never worked.

  There are therefore two ways Master Pages are designed to work in RoboHelp.

  Method 1 - used to infuence the EXISTING content.

  Maybe you have created 1,000 and now you want to add a header, footer, or both to these existing entries. You set a Master Page and add a header, footer, or both to the Page Master and you associate it with topics. All of these topics now have a header or footer. Any changes made to the header and/or footer is filled throughout with all related topics.

  Method 2 - used to influence the new items that you create.

  You may know that you want to create many subjects that should have the same look and feel. Maybe all of them begin with a table that contains an image and text. So you set a Master Page and configure the space reserved for the body you want to see it. When you create new topics, you point to the Master Page so that as the topics are created, the content of the body of the Page master is filled in on the subject as a starting point. Once the topic has been created initially, the changes to the Master Page ARE NOT reflected in the topics. This method works identically to make a copy of a document. The copy is identical to the original. And any changes made to the original will be never copied during the copy. Only NEW copies will receive the changes.

  The breadcrumbs go, you have probably GLOBAL breadcrumbs activated in the recipe for the presentation of a single Source. This means that everything gets crumbs during the creation of the exit process. If you try to use the SELECTIVE Breading by adding space to the Page master, you must disable the breadcrumbs GLOBAL to avoid double.

  I think it's because of the blending Mode. Outer glow by default to the screen, and the shadow cast by default are multiplying. If you change the outer glow blending Mode to multiply, it will behave exactly as in the shadow of a fact.

  You can not. myPage.masterPageItems is table of page elementsand not a collection.

  You need to loop through all the elements of the master page and search for items you want,

  or find maybe apply the master page, and then do something like this:

  myPage.appliedMaster.pageItems.itemByName ("NAME");
