• LR 6.5 slow to start and crashes after some actions

  I downloaded the latest version 6.5 and have had problems since. 6.4 worked very well, no problems, fast charge, etc.

  I recently bought this laptop to a person who has bought from Pc world. The laptop runs on a 2080 processor intel Dual core cpu. 1gig ram. (2 sticks ddr2) 120 gb hd.

  After restarting the laptop, powering off and then again once again, I checked the temperatures. Who were 58 CORE 1, CORE 2 53 c. In newspapers talking about both the laptop froze... Only an unexpected stop error when the laptop has rebooted. No error whatsoever.

  A few times, the laptop has locked up after the execution of a request to intense cpu, but I must say, after, not in use.

  These times seem to be very high... What I'm frankly worried. The laptop has served on a bed most of the time. But ventilation is at the back, so I don't see how that would affect it. The holes are not blocked at all. The room of the laptop is used is at the present time, about 15 c to ambient.

  Theres no spyware, virus etc... IM used enough for the cleaning of other systems of peoples problems, but that I can't get my head on this problem.

  What would you recommend?, only real technical guy help me here please.

  I can give you my own opinion and for me, it really looks like an overheating problem.
  I know that you have checked the fans and cooling grids, but maybe the CPU or GPU itself cannot be cooled as it should.
  Perhaps the thermal grease renewal could avoid this problem.

  But look, man, if you open the notebook, then you will lose the warranty. That's why I think you should contact the ASP in your country to control!
