  Sorry for the problem that you are experiencing.

  This particular default (which affected annotations to text only) has been fixed in Acrobat DC for iOS version 15.0.2.

  You will not see the problem if you add text annotations again using Acrobat DC for iOS version 15.0.2 or newer.

  For existing text annotations, please do the following to correct the problem.

  1. Make sure you upgrade Acrobat DC for iOS to the latest version of the App Store.
  2. Open the PDF containing the annotations to existing text in Acrobat DC for iOS.
  3. Touch an existing text annotation to display the context menu.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Make changes to cause the Save button to be activated (e.g. Add space at the end of the text)
  6. Tap Save.
  7. Cancel the previous, if necessary changes.
  8. Tap Save.
  9. Repeat steps 3 through 8.

  Text annotations will be fixed and stored properly so that they can be consulted on different platforms such as Windows, Linux.

  Alternatively, you can delete existing text annotations and add new ones rather than change them.

  This can be a tedious process if you have a lot of existing with the problem text annotations.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

  1 adjust screen resolution
  Right-click on a free space of your desktop computer > click Customize > click on display settings > use the slider to change the resolution > click OK when finished.

  I then closed the MBP and restarted.

  IS!... LED MBP display worked again. If the problem was simply that the cable of the LED screen did not have a good connection. So, just to be disconnected and reconnected to make good contact.

  This maybe off topic but it's worth a try. It may be your screen LED cable which does not have a good contact.

In my workplace, the bubbles on my photos of ancient Egyptian statues and places. So, I always saw my work office.  At home when the screen saver is turned on the background is blue and white.   For diagnostic purposes, I suggest you save an image on the desktop and then set this picture as a screen saver. If the problem is not persists, I suggest that you change the location of the image (s) you want to save as screen saver.
