  Please ensure that your Pen drivers are up-to-date. (check the manufacturer's Web site)

  Also, what exact version of Photoshop and Lightroom are you using?

  Search for graphics card drivers update as well.

  I feel 'stupid' as I was on Adobe on my Windows system, then when I went to Mac, I used their Apreture and having migrated to their last Photos app, and affected by the many limitations of it, I try to export my library of Photos Apple together (two of them) in Adobe Creative Cloud.

  The big worry here is that if such a device exists on end of Adobe? And, personally, I spoke with support from Apple for the Photos app and I was told there is _no way_ to export their photos app original RAW files!  It's horrible for a photographer!

  Basically, just want to know if there is a way to migrate the library of Photos Apple (keeping the RAW digital files) on Adobe Creative Cloud.  I searched and not found an answer in the FAQ.

  Using the Apple Photo of Unmodified Original export feature, it seems, the original RAW. CR2 file could export... so looks like I have to export as this manually and reorganize everything.

  Adobe really needs to have this feature/plugin.  Suggest this feature on http://feedback.photoshop.com and suggest others do as well.

  We have a user, who tries to update through the creative application of cloud.  We tried to find what is blocked but have met a dead end.

  I did some research and the only reference to the IMS for Adobe, I could find was the IMSService.  This seems to be an authentication service.  The problem is that "ops" are not a valid domain.

  This issue seems to only affect the Creative Software of clouds as I was able to update a test computer with Creative Cloud via Adobe Application Manager.

  SAngye.IJ currently logged under a restricted account?  If not and you are connected under an administrator account, then it is likely that file under your current user account permissions have compromised.

  I recommend you review your Setup logs to determine the location where the file permissions have is compromised.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret logs installation troubleshooting install problems with log files.   We have fixed an issue in the cloud, so reflow creative application must be appear to install now.  In order to ensure that the list of products is updated, quit and restart Creative Cloud: cloud creative, select the gear icon at the top right and choose Exit, then restart the Adobe Creative Cloud application.

  I hope this fixes things for you!  If it doesn't, please let us know your operating system and version, as well as the steps how you feel.

  You can always buy CS6 outright, but it is 3 years late. Cloud is subscription only.
