  You don't need to open it manually. If you have added the CMF officer, then it should be opened by default. What I wanted was to ensure that there is no intermediate firewall between the agent and the CMF.

I use Ubuntu Linux with Flash Player 9.0.124.0 and everything works well for me (on Firefox). You can also see if you have several installations of Flash player by doing: 'locate libflashplayer.so' in a terminal window.

• User Agent string has wrong version of Windows NT

  I'm on Windows 8.1 and if I go to http://useragentstring.com/ it detects Windows NT 6.2 instead of 6.3. Please see my screenshot here: http://imgur.com/7CbJzop

  This causes a problem. When I visit some pages on Microsoft as http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/tutorial Microsoft detects that I have Windows 8 on my computer and I get a message to upgrade to Windows 8.1.   Thanks cor - el, but I discovered that the problem is caused by a program called Sandboxie.

  Let me explain. If I start Firefox unsandboxed and go to about: support the NT correct version is displayed (i.e. NT 6.3). However, if I run the same browser sandbox it shows the NT 6.2.

  When you receive emails from my Yahoo Group address "' displays only the name of the group without the sender's name. This just started happening in the last days.

  To diagnose problems with Thunderbird, try one of the following:

  This can be caused by corrupted cookies.

  Clear the cache and cookies only from Web sites that are causing problems.

  "Clear the Cache":

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  If clearing cookies doesn't work, then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.

  Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete the other files of cookies as cookies.sqlite - journal in the profile folder of Firefox in the case where the cookies.sqlite file has been corrupted.

  The yahoo mail page as if it were a text only site. It started some time this week. I updated firefox to the latest version. Java has also been updated to the latest version. Running Windows 7. Tried to empty cache (offline as well), deleted the cookies for the site of yahoo email, switched between basic and no page style and 'Allow pages to choose their own fonts' is already selected.

• user-agent 'U' not in FF6 security - why?

  I have my cookies to the permissions set to "ask every time" and I reject cookies at most of the sites. Once I have re-enabled cookies for sites of nasa, they worked very well once more.

  Seems strange, because they are all rendered perfectly before FF43 with cookies disabled for them...

• Cannot attach files in any email AOL, yahoo or the company. Also only shows blank page when access yahoo email.

  In any web mail program AOL, Yahoo, my companies, you cannot attach files when you compose an email. By the icon/button attach it says "no file selected" (or when you switch on it).   antivirus was not a problem since it was not installed. Firewall settings are fine. I just finally solve this problem. SpyHunter was able to detect two of the hijackers that other programs do not have, and this fixes the problem. As I said in the original post I did not suspect that this was the problem. The lesson is to run several malware programs, until you find one that eliminates the problem, if you think that malware as the problem.

  Using Thunderbird on your second workstation - the only option would be to create a Pop email account
  so before you download anything, you must configure the account settings to "leave a copy on the server.

  Tools > account settings > account for Pop mail server settings.
