  Yes, the CBS app on the generation of Apple TV 4 supports all access to CBS.  You can subscribe via iTunes or connect to your subscription in the application.

  This is a basic form of the app to the app, content providers. It has very little to do with your cable provider.

  IE things like CBS App offer broadcasts, but HBO NOW, I do not think this offer.

  While some applications may require that you connect with your account of cable television, this does not mean options Live are available.

  Live, you have your cable subscription and their box. Apple Tv is usually for on-demand playback, and do not have all of them live Tv stream options of programming.

  I recently bought an ATV4 and downloaded several apps that work well, with the exception of the application of CBS News.  Using the Live Streaming of video and audio is out of sync and the video stutters and stalls.  Other applications live seem to work well.  Does anyone else have this problem? Can it be fixed?  Who better to contact about this?  CBS news clips work fine so, I only have problems with the live stream.

  CBS has provided the app, so it's really their problem. If they have a user forum, you may find here information (other complaints).

  I haven't visited the portal provider registration pages lately (as I have no reason to re-subscribe) so that I can't tell you what they say now.

  If they say that you need to register on PayPal, then you do.  You will not be charged anything during your registration, however.

• We have dish as a TV provider in the United States.  We have an Apple TV 3rd generation that we use in the Mexico.  Even if I connect to my account of dish, I can't Apps to work on the Mexico.  Applications such as CNN GO.

  In the United States I have the dish as a TV provider.  I can connect flat with my 4 Apple TV version and look at Apps like CBS, CNN, go, etc...  When I try to do the same thing in Mexico with my 3 Apple TV version these same apps do not work.  In Mexico, I have tried resetting everything and through other steps proposed in this forum.  Nothing has worked.

  Hello. I think they can tell where you are by your IP address. Their servers can block content if they are not allowed to provide at your location. You can try to contact the dish.

  Well, today I was able to connect to the MAS without problem. Maybe it wasn't CBS installation but may the MAS is declining. Weird. Question is now moot.
