  Strange new question again today - surface animation image fine times when played from the timeline, but all the layers are exported piled on each other during the duration of the entire animation.

  Well, you have disabled the dithering of transparency, haven't you? GIF can have only one level of transparency. Everything must be simulated using colors or dithering.

  Hello beautiful people of the internet!

  I have a small question: I always use first Pro CS6 and not the CC on my Mac version... is there a reason for me to upgrade if I want to export GIF animations faster... or is there a solution how to activate the file > load > media > animated GIF on mac?

  Unfortunately, to make a GIF animation on mac, you have to do some extra steps using Photoshop or other software that you're not supposed to do on Windows...

  On Windows first Pro CS6 supports export region selected as witch GIF animated unfortunately not the case for mac...

  Sorry to be redundant but my question is - is there a possible way to activate the function "export to animated gif" on Mac? or he did appear in later versions of first CC?

  Your difficulty could be the screen recording your animation. Then export the mp4 to png tp photoshop and then save as animated gif.

  I created an animated GIF on a work plan which is 768 x 90, but the Dimensions of the Document indicate 1456 x 416 (a lot of the images fly in and "shrink").

  When I export as a PNG or JPG image it only exports the work plan, so that it remains the size I want to (768 x 90); but when I export > save for Web (Legacy) which is the only way to create an animated GIF AFAIK, it is exported to 1456 x 416.

  How can I get to the exit of the GIF animated image to the size of the artboard? Thank you.

  New export > export as a workflow is not animated gifs, currently exporting. It's probably something that will be supported in the future, however.

  To export a gif animated image in PS using Photoshop CC 2015, do not work plans. Please use export > save for Web (legacy) option without work plans. The backup of the Web feature levels is not support work plans and probably never will be. Instead, we will continue to improve and to the export as a workflow.

  I made a rather large animated gif and need help to export in a gif file.

  I tried CC 2014 with no luck and updated level to 2015 with the hope it would work. Nope. I pushed too hard on the capabilities of the PS? Is there something weird about programming?  You have all the tips and tricks? Something will help you!

  

  

  Export as that will only save the first image.  SFW is the approach that you need.

  Try changing the frame rate to 12 fps and reduce the size of the first image.  For my Gallery I target usually 800 px to 400 px as a maximum width (or height for the vertical animations).

  OK, I searched widely for a specific response and precise and am not

  clear for the conflicting answers that I met.  Namely: I bought 2 items
  for a PC several years ago. He had two interesting features for my pleasure to make .gif animations.
  (1) it allowed me to import the .gif animations AND all the layers.  (2) it allowed me to control

  the speed when I did my own animations and saved in the .gif format.

  However, when I bought Elements 8 for my iMac, I discovered that I could not load .gif animations

  You don't need to uninstall. Simply enter the serial number of the drive, after purchase and the trial becomes permanent.

  I went through and actually created this using a MP4 video.  I have CS5 accessable, so I used CS6, but it should work the same.  I made a few changes here is the process:

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  Now, you can save to the web as a GIF file.  The length of your video may be causing crashes.  GIFs should be of very short duration.

• Captivate 7 animated GIF not grateful?

  I used photoshop CS6 to create a GIF animated from a video clip. using the timeline, I have a file saved in. GIF format and it's clearly an animation. When I insert > animation CV7 says "the file is not an animated GIF file. It starts to become a little ridiculous when you consider that the file has been made using the PS and that it IS an animated GIF. I wonder if there is some kind of 'special' works I need to get them imported or if I'm somehow not recording properly?

  Does anyone has had problems with GIF animated in Captivate 7?

  I think it's because the time-out value that you set for each image in Photoshop.

  Please go to Photoshop, open the source file, could you please the 'delay' for each of your frame to 0.01 or value if it shows as 0, this can be done using the animation image window. Re-save the GIF format for Web devices and import in Captivate, see, if you're abale to inport this time in Captivate. Even if the step is applicable to a different problem, but I'm curious to know if this could solve.

  Second, you could try inserting an image rather than the animation, the message means it is not a full animation, but a regular file.

  Some scintillating questions GIF in the first versions of JavaFX are caused by the processor of JavaFX GIF treatment not correctly the number of scan lines in the GIF (see for example the following question - http://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-18039 - now fixed). Try upgrading to a version 2.1 beta (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javafx/downloads/devpreview-1429449.html) and see if you still have any questions. If the problem is not fixed for you, log a problem with http://javafx-jira.kenai.com/.

• Premiere Elements is usable on an animated gif file?

  I plan to buy Premiere Elements, but I need to know if we can use it to add effects to an animated gif file.

  For example, in Photoshop Elements, you can add some effects to a gif image, as what gives it some textures or filters.

  Can we do the same sort of thing in Premiere Elements and if so it is possible to an animated gif file?

  Perhaps a better way to ask this question is: can you import a gif file in Premiere Elements, and then manipulate?  Run filters, etc..

  If you load your GIF in first 10 items, change, then share in an AVI file, you can then import the AVI file in GIF Movie Gear by Gamani, who will then create an animated GIF. I learned about this utility from a Microsoft tutorial on creating icons for Windows XP.

  When you share an AVI file, you will want to choose the Microsoft AVI item in the list, and then click the Advanced button to open the dialog box where you should select a codec and enter the size of the image and the pace. The codec must be one who loves of GIF Movie Gear, so there may be some adequate error to get a good codec. I shared an avi after picking Xvid for the codec, including GIF Movie Gear imported.

  Long time user, displayed the first time, HI HI! ;-)
  
  Seriously if I'll make a nut flash animation. I did a bunch of animated gifs, because I thought that would save time having to animate every... single... frame... in Flash. Well, now that I try to watch the movie the audio not sync up to video the same during the live preview as it does to "test movie".
  
  I thought it was ok and I just export to avi when I put it up on top of the internet, but avi export does not support animated gifs if just sprites would pass with the movements of tween, but only the first frame of the gif is visible. Basically I have a bunch of models moving around the screen with no mouth or arm/leg movement.
  
  Any ideas how to solve this problem? I use MX 2004 because I can't really afford the new versions, but if there is a quick fix or upgrade I might consider buying to save my sanity.

  You should really put this message in the general forum, not send PMs.

  If your sound synchronization setting is Streaming, then he must synchronize quite closely in all environments. Flash is not 100% accurate in audio sync, but to be sure, you must set the Streaming synchronization.
