  I'll try later, but I think I may have found the problem. It seems that the cs6 dreamweaver made two files confquration on the same day, but only about 4 hours out. This does not seem normal to me.  Does anyone know why an expensive program like this would do that? Was it a mistake of the operator? I asked the woman who runs this program and she doesn't know anything about the configuration files.   A corrupt cache file can cause all sorts of bizarre behavior, I never heard of this one in particular, but it might do the trick.

• Dreamweaver CC 2015 is buggy - crashes when closing program. Can I revert to a previous version?

  When closing Dreamweaver CC 2015, it goes into the eternal spinning wheel and takes several minutes to finally react. I still have my files first close, then close the program. Now, after the closure of my files, I go to my task manager and just kill Dreamweaver. In addition, the updated Acrobat DC update version is also buggy. Just click on a pdf file and an error pops up that Acrobat has crashed - and I wasn't even in the running. Is there anyway that I can go back to previous versions? I'm really tired of buggy programs.

• CS6 Dreamweaver crashes when you use Parallels Desktop

  Hello. When I use Dreamweaver CS6 on Mac OS 10.11.6, it crashes a lot. Sometimes, it will be immediately. Sometimes I can use it for a few hours. Do not know what triggers really crash if it saves files, undoing things. It's really random. I have Parallels Desktop 11.2.1 also installed so that I can run Windows on my iMac. I used to run Windows 8.1 and never had any problems with Dreamweaver crashing. When I installed 10 Windows, which seems to be when I started having problems. Not sure if this can even be linked or not. Is there a memory problem Windows 10 is requiring more virtual memory which is causing problems? Or maybe that Dreamweaver has been corrupted somehow?

  How can I contact Support Adobe by phone? He directed me to this forum. I still have the serial for Design & Web Premium key. Can I just download Dreamweaver and then use this key set of the to save so I can uninstall the Dreamweaver I and install again? Which will work? You do not know if this will fix the problem or not, but I thought it would be worth it. Can someone help me? Thank you.

  As John said, CS6 is old software.  But don't give up hope quite yet.

  The first thing to try is to delete the Cache of corrupt in DW.  Make sure that hidden files & folders are in your Mac Finder or Windows Explorer

  Thank you Nancy O, just tried that, but it did not work.

  I think it has to do with the images and how Dreamweaver sees them.

  I have just re-exported images JPEG in Photoshop and they work fine.

  The images were created just before the last update CC causing the problem.

  I tried some other apps and that you do not get this error.

  I can't find any information on what is Adobeowl, or how to fix it.

  I have the solution after some trial and error to find a program on my system that was causing this problem and then by searching the forums here in order to see if he hit someone else.

  It seems that a program called Teamviewer (remote access software) if it is running or in the toolbar causes Dreamweaver to crash. The solution is to make a change to how Teamviewer runs.

  Here is a link to the adobe forum where the answer is discussed. Although it is not the same exact error message when it crashes the solution allows Dreamweaver shut down normally.

  It seems to have started to occur after you apply the 7.0.1 updater.

  You can try this simple fix-

  Stop DW.

  Find the folder-

  C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver
  8\Configuration\WinFileCache-*.dat
  (these files are normally hidden - you may have to use Explorer > tools >)
  To view the Folder Options)

  and delete it.

  Restart DW. Works better?

• Firefox crashes when closing

  Recently, Firefox started crashing when I try to close it. This happens even after the decommissioning of the beta FF26 to FF25, put it back in place and after disabling all extensions.

  This is my first post so please excuse me if I did not follow the validation rules!

  After the update to 10.2.1 two days ago has developed a major problem:

  When I close all the windows plugin logic (after adding a compressor for example) logic is completely blocks and I have to restart the program. Also, it crashes when I close a logic with windows plugin project open. This problem occurs only with the plugins of logic. 3rd party plugins are fine as plugins for Apple.

  Everyone also knows that?

  Is not the case here Samuel... on any of my systems testbed... including OS X 10.11.3 and LPX 10.2.1

  However, if you could copy and paste the contents of one of the newspapers crash you get then logic falls down..., I'll take a look / see if something stands out as being the cause for you...

• Illustrator CS5.5 crashes when closed

  I am running Windows 7 64 bit on a machine of Quad i7 with 8 GB of DDR, 1.5 TB of disk space and Adobe CS 5.5 installed.  I have a constant repetition of the Illustrator to crash when it closes.  It is a problem constant regardless of how close the program or if I have the options of "compatibility" for various active OS.   It has all the latest updates installed (as I know) and I have nothing to prevent the crash reporting in Windows.

  All my other Adobe Suite software works very well, reported nothing (other than Flash Player issues).

  Any thoughts?

  I discovered TeamViewer puts a "button" on the border of Windows Shell near the usual reduction, maximize and close buttons in the upper right corner.  The button installed by Teamviewer allows the user to share the program or the screen with another person in 'quick launch' options by clicking on.  Software Adobe do not use the standard windows shell API this button will crash on exit and start the process of troubleshooting windows.

  To disable the button on a program, it is necessary to open the Teamviewer, go to options, Options, advanced, the button 'Show Advanced Options', then back to general then pushed again.  Once you have the list for Advanced options, scroll to "Settings advanced computer and Contacts" and you should see "QuickConnect button" and a link to configure.  Press the button to add your individual Adobe programs to the list of applications of mobility.

  Restart Illustrator, and exit the program to verify that it not to crash on exit and you should be all set.
