  Resolved - likely user error.  Fixed by switching to library mode compare by clicking Done.  I had accidentally entered this mode at any time by updating the metadata for the location.  The strange thing is that several years of similar use, I've never seen so far this behavior to always have a minimum of two selected images.

  The library in my FLA documents shows only glimpses of bitmap images. Buttons, graphics and clips have a blank space instead of the preview.

  It definitely seems to be a problem with workspaces. I just click on Reset "WorkspaceName", and now the library works very well. Interesting bug.

• How to convert the side Server includes in the library items in DW CS4? Also change page website to .html .shtml files?

  I inherited our Web site created in DW with server side includes the column header, footer and navigation.  I don't know that anything on the server side includes.  I have a hosting company for the online site.  I don't know what that is a 'local web server' and did not have a set on toward the top on my computer - I know.

  I want to remove the server side includes the code <!-virtual = "" / head.htm #include '-> out of the body of the pages of the site and insert the code for the server side includes (the footer, header and nav). "  But I also want to be able to continue to make global changes to these files.

  Can I convert a server side includes the elements of library, and if so, how do I do this?  I'm still not real familiar with library items, but I know that I can make changes to their topic and make them take effect globally within the site.

  And can I change all of the web pages that are now all appointed to .html .shtml.  And can I change the names of files in the window of the local files in DW?

  Instead of dumbing down of the website which apparently works, why don't improve you your skill set and get warm & fuzzy with Server-Side Includes?

  SSIs are much more effective than the library items.  Lilies require you to republish the entire site whenever you change an element.  SSIs fill changes on the side server so that you don't need to republish the entire site whenever you edit & publish a SSI.  On larger sites, it is a huge time saver.

  Rename to .html .shtml files is not necessary to use library items. In fact, you can use SSIs and Lily on the same .shtml pages if you wish.

• Back to the old buttons from the common library.

  Animate buttons component CC (Ctrl + F7) are nothing like the Flash CS4 v10.0 buttons common library that I liked and used to work with.

  The gap is terrible.  I can't work with or use these new buttons.

  I don't want to buy/license buttons fantasies of the store. Not yet, anyway.

  How can I get a backward compatibility with the components that I know, the beautiful old buttons from the common library of CS4?

  Is this your idea of good business to take useful components and reactive community programming that invests in their use?

  I looked at the components in CS6 and Animate, and they seem to be the same. The Flex component has disappeared, but others seem to be there.

  If you like your old default CS4 brushes and want them in CS6, try this.

  Open Photoshop CS4

  Make sure that CS4 is set to the default brushes.

  Since the icon pointing to the right in the CS4 brush Panel, select Manager of Preset

  Preset Manager open, a brush to select, click on Cmd has to select all.

  Click on 'Save Set' and name it default CS4 brushes. Save it to the desktop where you can see the file.

  Drag in Applications/Photoshop CS6/Presets/brushes

  Then, you should be able to select and replace in the list under the devices menu.

• Lightroom color 5.5 supersaturation develop (Normal library)

  So I started running on this problem last night. No matter what Hat photos have particularly bright spots or a range great contrast form these tasks to a red pure, green or blue. It seems as the Red shapes everywhere where photos approach 'almost white', blue where it is 'near dark', and I have yet to determine what causes the Green (it's much less common). But it is through the whole of my photos. Even the old I know are well - went to print and have not been adjusted since. But this only occurs when you view photography to develop the mode, mode library pictures always appear correctly. I have attached the images to show.

  I don't know if you can see in the image to the point, but the grid is speckled with blue pixels, as well as in the hubs of the wheels, windshield of the car and on the windshield of the car to the left in the street. If I drop the exposure, the blue speckles becoming more widespread (red hot). If I increase it, red spots grow (blue Moucheta decreases). This happens with photos during the day as well, but more often just with the reds and occasionally green. I still have to run in the Green stains on a night photo.

  I use a Nikon D7100 exclusively for the moment. I always import into my computer using Lightroom tool. I am on Windows 8.1 64-bit using a nVidia GTX (EVGA) 760, 16 GB of ram, a processor Intel Core i7 3770 k. I did a clean reinstall of my drivers graphic, but I stopped a Lightroom reinstall. The naves are perfectly displayed inside 4.36 Irfanview.   You have indicators of active, red clipping to the clipping point highest and blue for the cutting of the shadow.

  Click on the small triangles at the ends of dark and light of the histogram to enable or disable clipping warnings.

• photo library mobile problem drive ext

  I moved my library on an external drive by following the instructions in the previous discussions, I copied the library on the external drive and then re-launched photos, hold down the ALT key then selected the library copied. Then, I put the copied as the library system and active re iCloud library library. but then I got a message saying I have available insufficient storage in iCloud. my library is close to 600 GB, and I'm on the 1 TB storage plan. Looks like photos trying to load the entire copied photo as a new library library. is it possible to stop this and to recognize the copied the original library, because I don't want to upgrade my storage iCloud simply to have 2 copies of everything in my library like I don't want to have to wait for 600 GB to download to get the library on the mac back in phase. I think I might just start a new library system on my mac and then download icloud, but I don't know if I'm doing this that I lose all the info from faces that I added to my existing library.

  While we're on the subject of the faces there at - it a way to sync on devices that I have this library on my mac mini and also I have the photos app on my macbook pro synchronized in the same photo library and but iCloud account info "faces" does seem to not copy on iCloud, is this correct, and is it possible to synchronize the faces

  Don't you can't stop it and it will not download everything but is checkin to be sure, the library is in sync - nothing will be duplicated

  Yes, you can start a new library and Yes you would lose your face albums but keep the tags face making re more quickly - identify and when OS X Sierra came out Photos will manage faces totally differently, but until the software is released, no one knows exactly what it will include or how it will migrate

• Apple TV, you see only not my new photo library

  I have Apple TV and 2 Macs that use home sharing to display pictures of selected iPhoto library.  It has worked well for years, through several generations of ATV (including this, the latest).  Today, on a Mac, I've converted a library of photos from iPhoto in Photos.  In fact, I have 2 libraries - one of which is a 'starter' library created last week, put up with all my keywords and the structures of startup (to clone for new photo projects) records - he has 11 photos.  The second Photo library (which is the most recently accessed Library / edition) has 900 + photos, created today.

  I am running the latest version of iTunes, under El captain.

  What should I do to get the iTunes to recognize my populated library?  (I quit and restarted iTunes - I also stop and restart the Mac.)

  I'm tempted to remove the Starter 11-photo Library, so that there is only a single library on the Mac... but I hate the idea that is the solution for iTunes and the Photos app talk to each other.  With iPhotos, I had literally dozens of libraries and constantly under tension between them.  I wouldn't think that the ability is lost with Photos.

  Ah, ha - think I found the answer.  In the preferences of Photos, there is a "button to specify a particular library as the library of the"System. "  My Library recently populated did not have this set:

  

  I set its State to "on":

  

  and iTunes now sees this library instead of the ' starter when sharing with "Photos".

  The option "Chose the folder" doesn't seem to do anything useful, so it seems that it is the new way to do this when the Photos app is used for photos of the ATV.

• How to turn off sync library iCloud?

  So I have two libraries with family photos (the default library) and another filled library of art - as in the game video game screenshots etc.

  It seems that the Art Library downloads thousands of photos on the cloud and they reappear in my main library.  Is it possible to disable the feature to iCloud for Art Libarary?  Looking at preferences that you can set for the system library that is amibgious and I think settings iCloud's libraries.

  Single library at a time can synchronize with iCloud and use iCloud photo library, my photo stream, or photo sharing.

  Your screenshot shows, that your "photo library" is currently the photo library of the system. Only this library can download and download in iCloud.

  There are much easier and more suitable methods.

  • Do not let other people use your operating system account.
    Create one regular account for others to use. (Some guests accounts were badly aligned or inconvenient problems.)

    If you use the same OS account and then configure at least one additional profile for others to use.

• Full Mac, trying to move the library to SET of photos, but there are corrupted files, cannot locate these files and am stuck!

  Mac Tips Please! I bought an EHR to move my entire photo library like 7yr old MacBook is full to the brim and I need to backup my phone as his shattered and needs sending out of fixing!

  Now, it won't save my picture library on DHM (to remove Mac) as some pic (s?) (among the 35000) are corrupt (but I have no idea of who or how many). I tried to restore the library several times, but then it freezes and says it cannot open the library, it can in fact - but not when restoring it.

  I have now to turn my new SMT in another time machine and saved everything on there. Should I try and remove my library on Mac and then restore from time machine? What this will do to my corrupted files? And it is likely to be able to register then EHD?

  What size is the drive?  For Photos, it may be only Mac OS extended (journaled)

  and you can't have photo library on the same amount of time Machine backup

  You can probably clone the library for the EHD with SuperDuper or CarbonCopyCloner or other clone software
