CC License on multiple computers

Hello community,

I did some research on CC Adobe licenses already and know that if I buy a license can I use it on two computers at the same time. But it also works if I buy the enterprise version? I have more on my work iMac my MacBook and that you do not want to buy two licenses. Is it possible to work both with a single license at the same time?

Thanks for your help!

For more details (piggyback on Ned) terms clearly state that you can have two activated licenses, but NOT running at the same time as your CC account.

    Hi Giacomo.

Creative desktop cloud applications can be downloaded and installed on multiple computers. However, the activation is limited to two machines per individual related to the composition, and you may not use the software on these devices simultaneously.

  • Licenses for multiple computers or multiple profiles?

So, I bought a combined pack from amazon for first 13 + 13 items in Photoshop elements. Each came with its own license code. From my understanding, each license key is good for 2 computers. So, I installed both programs on my laptop and installed on my desktop.

All was good for a few, and then my wife connected to the laptop and tried to use the program. It inspired her for "Trial" or license. I found it weird and so I tried to save it to his profile as well. Not only it worked now, but now it seems that nothing of my work items.

So my first question is to clarify if the license if for 2 computers or 2 profiles?

My second question is, if I would be able to have it on my laptop and my office, and my wife and I should be able to use it (so basically 3 people on 2 computers)... How can I fix this mess?

    Thank you

The license is valid for a single user.  You can install on any number of machines, signed in only two at a time and only use one at a time.

You must go to help > Sign In (or disconnection) since the first Elements and Photoshop elements Editor menus for to connect (or rear).

Try to disconnect and to uninstall and reinstall.

  • License on multiple computers

I buy soon, a two new Macbook Pro for work and one for home. I want to get the creative cloud and all applications for both, and I was wondering how many licenses is allowed with the purchase of creative cloud?

For example, I would need a soft like 'Lightroom' to work, but I need Photoshop for the House, but Acrobot for both (as examples). Is there a problem with me using it on several computers?

    Hello

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

You can download the installer for Creative Cloud from here:
Creative cloud help | Creative cloud desktop.

After you install the creative Cloud desktop application, you will need to sign in with a login password and Adobe. Then you can install applications. This link provides more information and step by step instructions, if you need: CC help | Download, install, update or uninstall applications

I have a single app license but I have a desktop at work and a laptop at home. Sometimes, I would like to connect to my computer at home and access Illustrator. In your case, the answer is: Yes.

  • By using an activated copy of Windows on multiple computers

I am aware of a situation where a single activated copy of Windows (with a single license, no volume) is distributed on multiple computers for commercial purposes. This is done in a single image using the image of several computers.

The company is to buy a new license for each PC, but these licenses are not actually used and active on new computers. The license sticker is just attached to the computer while the pre-activated Windows copy stays on the PC.

This means that many computers were shipped with the same license installed.

Can someone tell what the legal situation of this please? I'm afraid that even if they buy the licenses, they still distribute licensed copied on several PC.

It is not legal, and additional computers will be later (3 months) blocked and begin to restart every 2 hours.

  • Windows 7 on multiple computers

I was gifted a laptop with Vista 64-bit Home Premium installed. I consider upgrading this computer and perhaps a few XP computers I own, to Windows 7. So far after the fact, it is very difficult to find new copies of sale retail of Windows 7 professional home although the OEM versions seem to be easily available.

My questions: 1) versions OEM usable for upgrades or only for a facility 'clean '?

    (2) the full retail version can be installed on multiple computers? I've seen comments online indicating that you get three licensed facilities, and other reviews say just 1, as with the OEM software.

I'd appreciate certainly any confirmation or comment.

    Thank you very much

    Ken

Each computer must be licensed separately.

No, the key that can be used with 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 7 is exclusively for use with the disc 1. You cannot use install both. 1 license, 1 installation, so choose wisely. If you want to install Windows 7 32 or 64 bit on another partition or another computer, you must purchase an additional license.

There is no way to upgrade to Windows XP, you must perform a custom installation.

See the section of the following article for Windows 7 how perform a custom Setup.

How to: perform a customized Windows installation

The OEM versions cannot perform that installs custom/clean, so if that's what you want, it should not be a problem.

    Review:

    http://www.notebooks.com/2009/10/13/WinXP-to-Win7/

Because Windows 7 is in limited stock because Microsoft ended sales in October 2013, this created demand due to its rarity. This means the retail boxed copies request a bonus, while the OEM System Builder copies remain affordable.

    Full version (retail):

-Includes the rights of transfer to another computer.

-Does not require a qualifying earlier version of Windows.

    -Expensive

    Upgrade version (detail):

-Includes the rights of transfer to another computer.

-require a qualifying earlier version of Windows.

-Expensive, but less expensive full version

    OEM System Builder version:

The OEM of Windows 7 versions are identical to the versions commercial full license with the following exception:

-OEM versions don't offer any free direct support from Microsoft technical support Microsoft

-OEM Licenses are tied to the computer first you install and activate it on

-OEM versions allow all hardware upgrades except for an upgrade to a different model motherboard

-OEM versions does not move directly from an older Windows operating system

There is nothing wrong to use it too, especially that all future versions of Windows will be full versions.

You can find software OEM System Builder of dozens of online merchants. The current price for OEM Windows 7 Professional Newegg, for example, is $ 140. When I checked a few minutes ago, Amazon offered packages OEM Windows 7 Professional from several vendors at prices ranging from $ 101 to $ 150. When I checked earlier, a package specifically designed for reconditioned PCs cost only $ 50 for a 64-bit copy.

There is no technical limitation to prevent you from using OEM software on your computer, although this software only works for a clean install, not an upgrade. In the past, Microsoft has been remarkably inconsistent in his advice to clients on the question of whether this practice is allowed. (See "is allowed to use Windows OEM on your own PC? Don't ask Microsoft. »)

Hello, I recently bought windows 8.1 pro OEM from an online store. What I want to know I have install this OS on multiple computers?

    Hello

No, you can not install it on the machine and then ONE more.

A license is for a SINGLE installation.

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

And in OEM, you can't even transfer them to another machine so that it is on fails.

Read this retail and OEM Licenses:

If the laptop came with the preinstalled Windows operating system (Dell, HP, Acer, etc.), this product key supplied with the laptop is preinstalled OEM license and is not transferable.

OEM license/product key (systems of operating pre-installed on Dell, HP, etc.) is related to the first machine it is installed on and dies when dies of this machine.

The above applies also to OEM system builders licenses.

License of operating system in detail, that you buy and install yourself, are allowed to be transferred to another machine.

And retail licenses also can be installed on a machine at one time.

  • Install and use adobe in multiple computers

I bought Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. for my MAC about a year ago...

  • How to package things in photoshop for deployment on multiple computers via ARD on OSX?

I bought 10 licenses through adobe store.  I saw Adobe Creative Cloud package that can be used to create packages, but I do not have access to this tool.  Advice to the installed in a pkg to deploy on multiple computers?

If you bought ten individual licenses rather than a volume license, then you will have a volume serial number or access to Packer, you need to package the software and deploy it. I'm not up-to-date on our refund policy, but you can contact the customer and to tell them about the opportunity to return these licenses and get a serial number of the volume. A volume license would come with access to the Adobe licensing website, and from here, you can download a copy of the packer. This is also where you would get your serial number. Enter the serial number in the links Manager, and you are out of the race.
